The house is located in the village of Romito Magra, just 5 kilometers away from the sea. The quiet area allows you to have a relaxing stay thanks to the private parking and the possibility to have lunch outdoors.

The space
Finely furnished apartment, just renovated: bathroom with shower, hot water and heating, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table for 6 people comfortable. Washing machine.

Two separate bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. In total there are 6 beds.

We provide our guests with towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV and DVD.

A cozy square will allow you to enjoy your moments of relaxation and peace of the place.

Ideal for those who want to come up with their own transport for those who want to use public transport: it is well connected with Sarzana (railway station for Pisa), with Lerici (beaches) and La Spezia (railway station for 5 Terre)
