Welcome to our place! We have an apartment (email hidden) “maison de maître” at the top floor. The apartment is approx. 130 SQM on three different floors. Overall, there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room with a fireplace plus one very nice TERRACE (see picture).

We are renting one of the bedrooms which is located on one of the three floors and it has a separate entrance to the apartment. Next to the room you will have your private bathroom and no additional rooms are located on that floor which makes it really cosy and very reserved.

The room is very quite and facing the backyard of the house. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for your clothes and a desk. Bed linen and towels provided. Iron and Iron board available in the room.
Plenty of inspiring brochures and several books about the best of Brussels and surrounding cities are at your disposal.

  • Our stay at Sandra and Herve's home was very comfortable. The directions to the BnB are very clear and the location is convenient too. They are both friendly and are amazing hosts, making sure that you have everything you need. The bedroom is quiet, cozy and very clean and the bed itself is blissful- we slept like babies! The bathroom is also a very welcoming feature with its spa like theme.

We would definitely stay again with Sandra and Herve on our next visit to Brussels. Highly recommend this place.

  • I recently had the privilege of staying with Sandra & Herve in beautiful Brussels and all I can tell you is that every single glowing word of their countless reviews is 100% accurate. They are lovely and helpful people. The room is bright, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom - like a spa. They have thought of a million little things that make the experience their even more delightful. And that 5 Euro breakfast they offer? Worth every penny! In addition, the location is ideal. If you stay here there is NO WAY you will regret it!

  • Sandra and Herve were wonderful hosts! Sandra spent lots of time going through a map of the city, pointing out all of the sights to see. They also had great recommendations for restaurants. Herve spent additional time with us,showing us useful trip aps. The rooms were beautiful; plenty of extra, thoughtful amenities available for the guests comfort. We elected to have breakfast there and they furnished a very large selection of again, carefully thought out foods, typical to the area. Yes, even a piece of Belgian chocolate. We received information ahead of time and they were both helpful with trying to figure out our train schedules and pricing. Easy walking distance to train station and city center. Would highly recommend.

About
Welcome to our apartment in the European quarter. We are in our mid/late 30s professional couple living and working in Brussels. Sandra is a professional lobbyist with a passion for baking, hiking and cycling. She grew up in the Italian winter resort of Cortina d'Ampezzo in the beautiful Dolomites. She then moved to the US, UK and Spain before landing in Belgium about 10 years ago to start as a (email hidden) Commission. She loves Japanese manga and this explains one of the two profile pictures :-) Hervé is a computer geek and loves photography (especially food photography) but also likes to wonder around London or Paris looking for Banksy's graffiti. He is currently studying Dutch and picking up again playing guitar.
