We are enthousiast, curious and happy to start this challenging renting activity around our house !

After years of travels abroad in Asia and Africa, we felt the need to grow roots closer to our Home country France. As we had fallen in love with Italy, settling down in this country stood out to us as evidence.

We discovered Umbria by chance, touring the country on a motorbike. We found landscapes that had a soul. We had been amazed by Tuscany and its well structured colorful hills that looked like paintings.

All the same, we were touched by the genuineness we found in the green landscapes of Umbria. As we slowly settled there, we found the authenticity of this countryside was mirrored in its kind and welcoming people.

The house had not been maintained for decades and called for an entire restructuring, including strengthening its walls, changing the roof and not least ensure compliance with latest norms. Substantially we ended up modifying the living space from a traditional country house set-up to a modern one, with more open and communicating spaces. We had one objective in mind: transform the place in a practical, simple, warm house in harmony with its environment.
