This cozy single-family home is in a gated community in Carolina Puerto Rico. Minutes from supermarket, shopping plaza and more.
This four bedroom fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, dining room, living room with sofa and futon as well as an outside closed in patio area. This is the perfect home to comfortably fit eight or maximum 10 people.
20 minute drive to the beautiful rainforest, 25 minutes to Luquillo and the famous kiosks. 10 minutes to Plaza Caroline mall and 15 min to SJU.

This four bedroom fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, dining room, living room with sofa and futon as well as an outside closed in patio area. This is the perfect home to comfortably fit eight or maximum ten people.

Casa bless is a 20 minute drive to the beautiful rainforest, 25 minutes to Luquillo and the famous kiosks. 10 minutes to Plaza Caroline mall and only 15 min from San Juan airport.

Casa bless is about a 30 minute drive to Old San Juan or in the other direction heading to the beautiful east side of Puerto Rico 30 minute drive.
This house is not convenient for Uber and is not recommended for renters who will be using uber. You need to have a rental car for this property.

This unique blessed home is perfect to make loving memories for a family vacation!

We will always meet you at the gate get you through security guide you to the home we will then give you the code for the lock box as well as the code to get in the security gate each time you come back to the home. This home has 24 hour security you will have your private code to get in. This home is not designed for those wanting to use Uber. You must rent a car that will give you easy access in and out of the home again if you plan on using Uber, you want to find a home closer to San Juan area.

Other things to note
This home has 24 security. This property does not offer self check in we will meet you at the gate guide you to the home and provide you keys lockbox code number as well as the code to get through the security gate.

Please remember, there are no parties no loud music and there should be no disrespecting of the guards. The guards are on the property to make sure everything run smoothly and remains a safe community.

There is noise ordinance which means the noise level needs to maintain at a minimal at 9 PM. This house is not for those who want to Uber. You must have a rental car otherwise it will be too challenging and not convenient at all. Please remember you will want to have a rental car otherwise not a convenient location for Uber.

We really ask all of our guest to please please be respectful of time when checking-in and checking-out.
Check in time is between 3 PM and 10
PM. Please remember I am of dad with children so if you are checking in after 10 PM, please be sure this is communicated well in advance of your arrival date. Otherwise you are subject to a late check-in fee, as well as a late check-out fee, as we need to be extremely respectful of our cleaning teams time. Anything after 10 PM or 10 AM is considered late, unless discussed and agreed upon.
It is super important to verify your flight schedules in advance as they are frequently changing.
Those fees are no lower than $100 and no more then $250.
If your flight arrives after midnight, it would be important to book the day before, as we will have much more flexibility to help support late check-in's. If any house key is lost it's $75 to $150 to be replaced. Depending on what home you are at and the locks on the doors. Thank you.
