Other Things to Note
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I LIVE WITH A CAT. He is very nice and funny but if you don't like cats or you are allergic, it might be possible that this place is not suitable for you.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: The check-in starts from 14:00. There is no chance at all to come before or bring your luggage before 14:00 as I have the previous guests checking out at 12:00 and then the cleaning till 14:00. The check-out is at 12:00 : you can leave earlier but definitly not after. You can't leave your luggages in the apartment after 12:00, it's also impossible as I have new guests from 14:00. And a clear appointment with your time of arrival in the apartment has to be made. We have a tolerance of 30 minutes of delay. Then, you must call me or the person who will give you the key to inform her/him about this delay and you will have to give this person 10€ per delayed hour.
NOT PROVIDED: Please notice that I don't provide any breakfast. But you can cook and eat in the kitchen. I provide your individual fridge. I also don't provide the cosmetics, so please bring your own shower gels.
NO PARTY, NO UNDECLARED GUEST IN THE APARTMENT: No more guest than the ones who rent the room are allowed to come in the flat or in the room. And no party is allowed in the flat either. No loud music or loud sound after 22h00 (I have some old neighbours).
NO INTERNET DOWNLOADING: Please don't make illegal downloading : in Germany, the activity on the internet is highly and perfectly controled. If anybody downloads illegally (musics, films, etc.), the official organization who watchs every internet user directly sees if someone is downloading and then this one gets a bill from 800€ to 3000€. And it doesn't work by IP adress but by Internet box. They see which box connects to what. If a guest download, I will have to pay the bill. So please don't do it. Thanks for your understanding.
You can give me your clothes to wash after 1 week (7 DAYS) of being in the apartment. Don't use the washing-machine alone (the door is difficult to open).
Place was as described and perfectly located - in a great neighborhood and one block from the metro. Charlotte was a friendly host with lots of helpful information on the city.
Charlotte was a great host, and her recommendations for bars, cafes, sites came in very handy. The space was as advertised - comfortable, spacious, and clean. The neighbourhood was awesome - there were lots of places to eat; get groceries; and great bars and cafes in walking distance. If you need to go further out, the subway is pretty much right at your doorstep. If you're a vegetarian, I'd highly recommend grabbing a 1€ felafel roll from the Lebanese place around the corner (corner of Hermannstraße and Flughafenstraße) - one of the best I've had.
My stay was very pleasant, Charlotte has made every provision for me to feel well during the period. Even not knowing her personally, his friend Carsten took care of everything. The apartment is very close to a subway station and the accommodations are spacious, comfortable and clean.
Thanks Nelsinho. Sorry that I could not get back to your comment here earlier, I was working abroad on an intense mission. Thanks a lot for the plant you left for me, it´s very sweet of you. It brings sun in the kitchen. Carsten told me you were very nice and I know you took care of the apartment very carefully, so thanks to have been such a great guest, despite I was not there. You´re very welcome if you come back to Berlin.
I had a great time in Berlin and the apartment really lovely big room not small at all! Charlotte was so nice helped us with clubs info and train tickets and more. If we needed help she was there.
We met her nice friends also let's say u r in a good place to b if u stay at Charlotte.
And other then that she give u private and space he also very hurry to work and to stuff and I have just good things to say on that experience :)
Great flat, was as descrbied. Charlotte was very nice and accomodating. Would stay again!
Charlotte is a good host, very respectful and kind. She also has a great neighborhood's guide. Due to our different routines, we barely met, but she's very quick to answer each doubt and questions along the role renting process.
The apartment is well located in Neukolln, very close to the U-Bahn station and also quiet. Perfect to enjoy the city. The room is pretty interesting and big, we loved it!
The role experience were very good, the only issue we've found where that the kitchen silk were most of the time filled with dishes to wash and in many cases we had to deal with almost no space to clean our stuff.
