Spacious and bright - really charming with its high ceilings, huge windows and massive wooden planks. In a very nice and stylish house from 1900.
THE KITCHEN is also big, so that you can not only cook but also eat and share living time.
The bedroom is private. As I live in the apartment, we share the kitchen and the bathroom (but of course not at the same moments). The rest of the flat is my private space.
A bedroom with 1 bed for 2 persons (160x200) and 1 commode
A large kitchen with your own fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a cooker, a microwave, a coffee machine, a table for 4 persons
A bathroom with a bath tub
Heating, hot water, electricity, internet
Linen for the beds and sheets for the kitchen
In the apartment, the guests will find a very complete guidebook that I have created for them where I give more than all the adresses they need to find everything in the area. I will give the guests complementary answers when they get the keys. During their stay, I stay reachable by phone or for any emergency, I live at 2 minutes from the apartment.

I had a nice 3-night stay at Charlotte's place. The flat is located in a cool area with nice cafés on the side streets where I enjoyed weekend breakfast/brunches in the sun. The main street is quite trafficked (bring earplugs if you're sensitive like me) and lined with many Turkish shops/food places (found some tasty burek!). It's also a plus that the subway is so close. Last but not least you have the vast Tempelhofer Feld nearby, fantastic for a sunny afternoon.
I didn't see much of Charlotte, but she's very friendly to me. I wanted a quiet place where I could feel undisturbed although in a flat share and found it perfect for that. I'd consider staying there again! thanks
The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location was great and exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.
I really liked Charlotte's place during my business visit to Berlin. The place was very convenient with lot of breakfast joints close to the home. The U Bahn being 50 mts from the home helped me to connect farthest end of cities. I used the public transportation for my departure to the airport, it was little bit confusing for a start as metro does not connect till the end but following my nokia here maps I got there easily.
About home, well furnished just like the picture represented, I just met charlotte only once during the stay, so the place was as good as private for me during my stay. I did try walking around the location, just opposite you have a bar, few arabic / chinese food joints, lot of breakfast choices, as I used to be out most of the time in the day, I never used the kitchen even though it was well set. I would recommend this place and will visit again if I am back to Berlin :).
Very nice and charming appartment in a very nice area next to amazing Tempelhoferfeld. Charlotte was a very friendly and good host!
Charlotte was a great host, very friendly and we shared the same Berlinale-fever! Thank you for the nice time and the wonderful room!
One insiders' tip for upcoming film lovers: Check the Silentfilm-Evening at the bar Froschkönig every Wednesday, 5 min from the apartment!:) Bis bald! Tim
Charlotte was very nice and helpful. The appartement is well located next to a subway station.
Charlotte hosted me when she had a busy weekend. She showed brilliant places to go on the vintage map, and I'm glad I did not miss any of them while in Berlin. The room is spacious and clean. She's really friendly, we had some small talks. It's great to be her guest!
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Charlotte was an amazing host! She gave me a list of places to check out in Berlin and was very respective of my privacy. I would love to stay in her area apartment in the future. The train is footsteps away and is routed to every access point in Berlin. The apartment is also located next to the historic Berlin Tempelhof...Which is a must for any traveler to see. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!
Large clean comfortable beautiful room. Great hospitality woould stay again on our next visit!!
