Comfortable room 3 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes walk from the University.
The house is full of light with views over the city center and the river. It has wi-fi and cable TV.
Located in an old neighbourhood, with a quiet familiar atmosphere, it is close to the most significant monuments of the city. You can easily walk to the University, the downtown area, the busy nightlife area of Praça da República and even to the river.
There is an extra room with a sofa bed for an extra guest.
I am friendly and affable and always up to date with cultural events. I can suggest routes, visits and tours in the city of Coimbra and the surrounding region!
There is a bus stop in front of the building for line 4.
For those arriving by train is the most practical is the taxi but you can walk (uphill) from Coimbra A station.
The bus station for Rede Expresso is 10-15mn walk.
Como eu trabalho, não está previsto fornecer ou executar refeições. Os hóspedes poderão utilizar o frigorifico e fazer um pequeno almoço (chá, café, torrada).
We stayed with Ana for two nights. She was very welcoming and flexible in check in and out. Communication went easily and quick. The way to her appartement is pretty steap, as everything in Coimbra is, continuing with steeps up to the third floor. Bathroom, which is shared with Ana, was clean, as was our room. Maybe it a bit pricy for shared conditions, but we felt comfortable. Thank you!
Ana's house is spacious and tidy. Located in the centre of Coimbra. Inês is a lovely host, very patient and helpful. Thank you so much Ana, I had a great time.
We stayed only one night at Ana's place, the apartment is very close to the center and comfortable for city walks. Ana is very nice and friendly.
The place was good, clean and cosy. The view from the balcony is amazing. Ana is a very nice and warm person. It was not a problem to check in at 8 a.m. Thank you Ana and hope to see you again one day.
Ana was very accommodating. We arrived in Coimbra very early in the morning on the train from Madrid and she let us come right over (after we figured out phone numbers in Portugal) and have access to the room. Room is fine--the balcony is especially nice--although we came to the conclusion that we prefer the airbnb rooms that have their own bathrooms (this was our second experience with an airbnb room). Ana was very nice in the limited time we had for conversation (she was working and we were walking up and down the hills of Coimbra). Very good location.
The room by Ana was perfectly situated : walking distance of the city centre and with a great view. Afortunately we hear the street and when we were there, it was a giant party for the graduation of the students in Coimbra.
I love to receive guests and to meet new people. I'm very friendly and am always up to date with cultural events. I can easily suggest routes or places of interest in the city and the surrounding region.
I enjoy reading, movies, travel and have a great curiosity about the culture of other countries.
