Also, most of good restaurants in London require bookings in advance, if you want me to book a table for you please let me know your budget and preferences. There are special deals available even on Michellin starred restaurants with reservation.
One more tips for you, major museums and galleries are less crowded weekdays mornings but also many has Friday late nite openings!
You are staying as house guests at a private residence so please follow my house rules. There is a print-out of all essential information available in your room in case I am not here to assist you.
You may not be alone in the flat so please be considerate to others in the flat (i.e time spent in the bathroom). Also please respect other residents in the apartment building as well as our porters (i.e. keep quite after midnight during weekdays). No other guest is permitted at all times unless permission is sought in advance.
As for my dear cat Honey Kiki, when I am away from home for many nights, I may ask you to take care of him. Unless I have specifically asked you to feed him please refrain yourself from giving him extra food.
[In & Out]
Please LET ME KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL TIME in advance and read the directions for confirmed guests on your itinerary for check-in and check-out instructions. Your luggage can be arranged to be kept in the flat (not with concierge!!!) outside check in-out times depending on circumstances so please communicate.
Airbnb takes the card approval of the deposit on hold during your stay, which will be released within 48hours of check out as long as everything is in order. Thank you for your consideration and I would very much appreciate your kind positive review.
We had a wonderful time in London. the Apartment was clean, Close to the bus stop.
Hye helped us planning our sightseeing tours.
A nice room with comfy bed. But who needs that when you have access to almost any zone in London with only 2 min. walk to the bus station and 10 mins walk to the tube station. The neighbourhood is very quiet and you can actually find pubs and restaurants right around the corner with that english accent. Great place to stay for people visiting London. Also Hye and her boyfriend are a friendly and helping bunch!
The flat description was accurate ,safe, clean and very convenient for public transport into the City. A good selection of restaurants close by also shops and markets.
Hye was a fantastic host. She provided information when it was needed but otherwise gave us our space. Her directions to various tourist sites made visiting them a breeze. The building was easy to find and the room was lovely.
Kiki was kind enough to give us 'his bed' for the weekend. He's a super sweet cat!
My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 days and the experience was just ok. The location was a short 5-10 min walk to the bus and subway and most of the main attractions required only 1 bus or subway to get to. Checking in was easy and our host Hye was nice enough to let us check-in early.
Hye was easy to reach online though in person we felt a bit unwelcome for the most part. We mainly just hung out in our room when we were there as the hosts were always using the main space though we probably wouldn't have used it as we were too busy travelling around London all day anyways. We were surprised to see that the subway was directly and I mean directly outside our room. This was only ever mentioned by other reviewers but those reviews are deep down the list of tons that were written. So this may be a concern for anyone other than heavy sleepers.
Amazing place right in the heart of London. Less then half hour walk to all major areas and Elephant and Castle is right there for bus or subway.
Hye was extremely friendly and her place is immaculate. Great shower facilities and patio. Bed was extremely comfortable and spacious for 2 people. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.
