Grasia's place was super great and wonderful! it was clean ( which I need the most), worm, quiet and cosy. Really convenient location and save area, the pre-war buildings look very nice. Best place to live in NY for sure! And you will know why Grasia got all 5 starts! Grasia was very very kind, helpful and lovely. Most beautiful host I ever met XD~~~
Thanks for everything! I had a really great journey in NY, my last stop in the US.
I stayed at Grasia's place for the second time now and again everything was perfectly organized. Grasia is a lovely person and very accommodating. I will definitely come back again next time!
Grasia was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Made me feel completely welcome. The room is wonderful, very large, clean, warm (in winter) and is close to everything you need - metro, shops, restaurants. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone going to New York
After staying with Grasia I can understand why she only got 5 stars reviews... she truly deserves it!
Grasia was a caring and genial host and I had a wonderful stay in her cozy, clean and comfortable apartment. Her house is beautiful and very conveniently located. And the host is just amazingl! I really enjoyed our talks and breakfast together and I really miss her now. Gracias Grasia, you rock :)
Grasia organized everything perfectly and ensured that all went well. She was very committed and made sure to check with me that all was ok on a regular basis. Her place is only a few minutes from the tube station and I was surprised to see how quickly one gets to midtown Manhattan. The room is quite big and very nice. Her apartment overall is decorated very tastefully and gives one a good feeling that by far surpasses the experience of staying at a normal hotel. This place is the best Airbnb place I stayed at thus far and I will certainly come back again!
Great location, a 5 minutes walk from the metro station and 15-20 minutes by metro from Times Square. There are a lot of grocery stores nearby.
It's in a family neighborhood so the building is pretty quiet and the area is really safe.
The room is great, big, the bed is really comfortable, the kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a meal.
I didn't get to meet Grasia in person, but we talked on e-mail and whats app and she is very a very nice person, sent me all the details to get to the apartment, was flexible with check in/out time.
I highly recommend her place.
Everything corresponded to the description, the room was spatious and comfortable and Gracia was very helpful giving all info needed in due time. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended! A very nice place, a super nice and caring host, very good location, very clean and very cozy apartment room. A very hospitable place! A perfect place to stay in NY!
My stay at Grasia's was great. The apartment was lovely and my room was perfect. It is located close to great food and easy transportation to the city. I look forward to staying here again.
