Interaction with guests

I travel a lot ,but when I'm at home, I like spend time on the computer or if I'm busy , I'm auditioning en the city, It is always nice to se my guest at night or in the morning before they leave. I respect their space , with the experience I know when they want to talk or want to be alone, is the same for me ,I always have time to respond what they need, but if I'm in a rush ,I replay by message or email , when I have a change. I like to know people and listen their stories, many of them always back.

The neighborhood

A lively, traditionally Greek and Italian neighborhood, Astoria, Queens, has over the past few decades seen an influx of Brazilians, Bangladeshis, Eastern Europeans, Colombians and Egyptians. Eat and drink your way through this diverse cultural legacy, from stuffed vine leaves and spinach pie in a Hellenic taverna to a thick Turkish coffee and shisha pipe in “Little Egypt” (Steinway St between 28th Ave and Astoria Blvd), or a stein of Czech suds at the enduringly popular 1910 Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden. In the early days of cinema, Astoria was a major celluloid star, and Kaufman Astoria Studios—based in the old Paramount Pictures production HQ—carries on the moviemaking tradition, while the recently upgraded and expanded Museum of the Moving Image illuminates all facets of the art form.

This place is in a nice, safe residential neighborhood. I got to meet the super and he was awesome. It's close to the train; I had business in midtown and it took me about 20 minutes to get to exactly where I needed to be. There's a restaurant on Broadway called Lots O Bagels which had wonderful coffee, bagels, and a great deal on a lox omelette. That part of Astoria is amazingly diverse, judging by the just the newspapers at the kiosk! The room was so private, quiet and warm. The TV is a Roku tv, something I'm not that familiar with, but I did get to watch about 5 episodes of The Crown :)

I spent 10 weeks here and Grasia made me feel as if I was staying at home. Grasia is a considerate, easy-going and wonderful host. The place is nice and spacious, and Grasia keeps it clean at all time. It is located in a lovely neighborhood, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Subway station is 5mins away and it only takes 20 mins to get to the midtown. I highly recommend it!
