The space
Exquisite and tranquil escape with all amenities only 800 meters from the beach via a walkway and road & only 50m from the Robberg Shopping Centre.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, with a third bedroom on ground levels dinning area overlooking an atruim, with a built in wood fireplace in the lounge and upstairs second bedroom.

A fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine in the kitchen and utility rooms that lead out to a covered large drying area.

The garden has over 100 square meters of lawn for the kids and doggos to enjoy, a patio and pool with deck is a great entertainment space with a nostalgic extra large wood fired Braai/ BBQ, outdoor shower and treehouse with a slide, swing and mini climbing wall.

We have nevertheless replaced some of the home lighting with battery backup bulbs 💡 as well as a Hob that runs off gas and a BBQ/ Braai and two Indoor Fireplaces that are wood fueled. We also have gas hot water and the WiFi is also on battery backup. The only thing you will need to remember is to charge your phones and laptops to ensure enough charge during the off periods.
