Bedroom with bathroom on the opposite side of the house from owners bedroom that is occupied by 2 adults and an infant. Laundry Room, living room and Kitchen available. Livestock Guardian Dogs on premises that bark away predators, can interact with farm animals. Local hiking & ATV trails. Quiet area 25 minutes east of Kingman town. Located 6 minute drive on a hilly dirt road NO 4WD needed as long as you follow check in instructions. Beautiful view of the Peacock and Hualapai mountains.
