Gorgeous Modern Boutique Style Loft

Loft - Entire home/apt · Richmond Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 1Y4, Canada

The Space

This private loft is located in a modern, quiet, boutique style building. The loft has one bedroom, one full bathroom, an eat in kitchen, a cozy living space, a beautiful large outdoor terrace and sleeps up to 2 comfortably. There is high speed internet, HDTV with a cable package, Apple TV, a fully loaded kitchen, Keurig Coffee/Tea maker, a hair dyer, iron and ironing board, fresh clean towels, pillows, full bedding and a brand new Simmons Beautyrest mattress. The loft is also thoroughly cleaned for every guest!

The location is sandwiched between the stylish high-end restaurants, lounges & clubs of King West and the abundant retail stores, eclectic restaurants and bars of Queen West in the Fashion District. TIFF Events, The Entertainment District, Rogers Centre, Eaton Centre, Convention Centre, Financial District, Chinatown, Kensington Market, U of T campus and Toronto's finest hospitals are very close and easy to access by walking, transit, or taxi.

The Fashion District is one of Toronto's most trendy & hip neighborhoods, loaded with things that will make your Toronto experience one to remember. More specifically the location offers a fantastic supermarket across the street, affordable 24hr underground pay parking (6pm-6am = $5, 6am-6pm = $10), 24hr transit and a secure, quiet location.

There is also an abundance of great restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops and even a spa all within walking distance. The closest public transit is the Queen Streetcar, which is less than a minute walk from the front door. From here it is an approximate 5min ride East to the nearest subway station.

Interaction with Guests

It is important for me to personally greet and hand my guests the key and greet you at the end of your stay to receive the key back. Other than that I will not be in your hair at all.

The Neighborhood

King West is one of Toronto's best neighborhoods! Best thing about the building is that it is sandwiched between 2 of Toronto's most famous streets, King and Queen St. It's not directly on these streets so it's quiet but you can walk out and be on any of these streets in about 1-2 minutes depending on which way you go. There is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, patios, clubs, etc, etc.

Getting around

Public transit is a stones throw away in any direction.

  • Tony was a great host, very friendly and available to answer any questions I might have. The loft was even better than in the pics, beautiful, clean and well organised. Equipped with everything you might need to be cozy on nights when you prefer to stay in and situated right next to Queen st west so your pretty much close to everything when out and about. I will definitely be staying at Tony's Loft on my next trips to Toronto. Overall great experience.

  • Tony was an exceptional host. He's very friendly and responds quickly to every email and text.

His place is very nice and clean, it felt like a home away from home.
Tony's place is one of the better places I've stayed at when I'm downtown.

    Thanks for the awesome week.

  • I stayed at Tony's in the spring of 2013 and it was fantastic. The location is at the heart of Queen Street West, a vibrant corner of Toronto where you can feel the pulse of the city. The inside is modern and clean and is spacious enough for 2. A big bonus is that the kitchen is stacked with all the essential cooking ware + even a spice rack! Tony is a great host as well. He responds very quickly and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. No regrets about staying here, I'll definitely return!

  • Tony's place is great and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. He welcomed us with a spotless place and some beverage. Communication was easy from the beggining 'til the end. I highly recommend this place.

  • We had a great time on our Anniversary vacation in Toronto. The ammenities were wonderful, and the loft was beautiful. Fully loaded is the best way to put it! Very clean and in close proximity to all areas of Dwontown Toronto.

We saw two comedy shows, went to a Maple Leafs game and saw the city during our week long stay. We would recommend this loft and location to anyone wanting to visit Toronto in style!

We will absolutely be back! Two thumbs up!

About
I'm a friendly, considerate and outgoing person who has a passion for traveling and cooking. I've been to many parts of Europe & America, Western Canada, Mexico, Guatemala & Belize. Future travel plans include Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and Australia. I love food a lot! In fact when I do travel the number one thing on my list is making sure I sample the foods the area has to offer. I also enjoy music, movies and would love to try sky diving some day. I maintain a positive attitude and try to live my life as happy and balanced as possible.
