The Space

The apartment of 60 square meters has windows that look onto Via Cola di Rienzo (which is one of the streets of Rome favorite shopping), and consists of a bedroom with double bed and single bed, living room, that can be separated from the kitchen area with a tent (not showed in the photos) with double sofà bed(the red sofà), with little input kitchenette suitable for breakfast and quick meal, bathroom with shower. The house is furnished in a classic, basic but comfortable, is suitable for 5 people, but for a sixth guest can be provide a puff bed . Upstairs there is a similar apartment ”A casa di Bea 5”, take a look if you are a group and need more beds.
There will be a map of the city center which also shows basic tourist information and a map of the underground lines (the stop is reached in 6-10 min and reaches the places of tourist interest), phone numbers, etc.. The area is Prati, walking you can get St. Peter (15min.), Castel Sant'Angelo (5-10 min.), Walking a little to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps (20-30 min.) Ara Pacis .... We are in the center, very close to the Metro and buses of different lines, including about 500 meters there is a bus stop linking with the Fiumicino Airport (about 45 min).
There are many restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, cinemas, supermarkets, various shops, pharmacies, then ... just come and see.

  • We had a great stay at Beatrice's home. Beatrice and her son Paolo were excellent hosts, accommodating and kind. We were able to drop off our luggage before official check in time, in order to do some early sightseeing. After a long day in the summer sun, we returned to the apartment to find a table stocked with wine and snacks!

The apartment is clean and in a great location, not far from the Lepanto metro stop that gives you access to all major tourist destinations. We appreciated the washing machine, iron, and hair dresser. While there is no air-conditioning, something that concerned us upon our arrival, we were pleased to find that the fans and curtains were able to keep the apartment relatively cool.

Beatrice has a wonderful guidebook in the home recommending local restaurants, grocery stores, and offering general tips that made our stay just a little more peaceful.

We definitely recommend Casa di Bea!

  • Our stay at Beatrice's apartment in Rome was wonderful. It easily accommodated our party of five. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks and a nicely stocked pantry and refrigerator. The apartment is in a perfect location near many shops, restaurants and markets. Also it's in walking distance to most of the major sites, i.e. The Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese and an easy ride on the Metro to The Coliseum. Paolo could not have been more accommodating. He was very helpful with getting our car rental back on time. For our convenience, Beatrice had a map and a list of nearby restaurants posted on the wall. Her place is well kept and in a secure building in the heart of Rome.

  • Casa Di Bea was a great flat located centrally in Rome. Everything except the Colosseum was close by and could be reached by walking. The Lepanto MRT station was 10 minutes away which made it easy to reach other places. Good accommodation, great location and great hosts.

Beatrice and Paulo welcomed us and made us comfortable. On our request, Beatrice had also arranged a taxi(Stefano) which made the transfers easy. Would certainly recommend Casa Di Bea..

  • Beatrice and Paulo were welcoming when we first arrived and had even prepared snacks and a bottle of wine! Whenever we needed help we could contact them and they would promptly respond.

The apartment is spacious and well-maintained, and was a pleasant place to stay in. It was great that it's located near the vatican and is easy to find. There are also shops below. The kitchen was well-stocked with condiments and utensils. And the lift is a God-send when you're luggage is heavy.

I would certainly recommend this apartment to those who are looking to stay in this area of rome.

  • we were a family of 4 (all grown-ups) stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is cozy and clean , located in a vintage building. Very close to all public transportations and a walking distance from some of the "must see" in Rome.
Beatrice and her son in law were the perfect hosts! Waited for us with refreshments & wine and made us feel welcome and at home.
we LOVED the place and the host, will defiantly come back and recommend it to anyone.

    Grazie mille per tutto!

  • A wonderful house, wonderful host and a perfect location!!!

I have been a regular AirBNB users and have been using their services across countries and cities. Have come across many hosts with wonderful hosts and fantastic houses. But Bea's house is top of my list in Rome.

She has set up the house with lot of care and thought. The welcoming pack (which is very common now a days) is more than you would expect. Small things like universal adaptors gives you little surprises.

The location is wonderful, lively and convenient. (And most of all - for 2 kids with me - it was safe!!!) Very close to Vatican city.

Paolo was a big help to start off our stay in rome and helped lot of things to the first time visitor. Bea herself is very friendly and very prompt and friendly for any reasonable request you would have.

    Overall - two thumb's up!!

  • Although I did not meet Beatrice, Paolo was wonderful! He promptly met us when we arrived and went through the apartment and everything we needed to know. The location was ideal. Close to the Vatican. We walked everywhere. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, St. John Lateran, Spanish steps, Campo de Fiore, Trevi Fountain and more. We even returned to the apartment 2 of the 4 days for a siesta and then back out for more Rome steps and walking! We found many cafés for lunch and dinner nearby and plenty of gelato! The wash machine was great to have and the beds were comfortable. We had four adults and had plenty of room. Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay.

  • The apartment was amazing. It was very large and open, and extremely clean. Be a went out of her way to make sure that we knew exactly where we were going, and had someone meet us at the door. She was very accommodating with check in and out times, letting us leave our bags there before check-in, and gave us a little extra time to check out because we had a later flight. She left us food and snacks, along with a lot of information about what to do in the area, and Rome itself. The apartment is in a beautiful, clean and safe location, a couple of blocks away from great tourist sites such as the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. I would not hesitate to insist that my friends and family stay there, and I would definitely stay there again!

  • Bonjour !
