This apartment is in the heart of Williamburg Brooklyn. There are bars, numerous restaurants, grocery, laundry just around the corner. A super comfy bed. A 2 level, spacious apartment. Very clean! Ideal for a couple but can sleep 4 comfortably.
Our modern and spacious apartment will keep you safe, comfortable, and happy while you visit Brooklyn and NYC. Whether you're visiting from out of town or looking for a place to house your relatives, our space is perfect and accommodating. It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.
We are close to the L-train (Lorimer/Metropolitan station) and a few blocks to the J/M trains. It's a very fast and easy commute to and from Manhattan. We are a short walk to the heart of Williamsburg with it's endless possibilities for music, fun, and food. It's by far the hippest neighborhood in town. Be sure to check out the map!
We take deep pride in our living spaces. Points of importance for us are cleanliness, a comfortable bed (ours you literally will want to fall into after a long, hard day shopping/playing/eating), and convenience. Check out our points of note on our map. There are literally hundreds of places to dine and shop in our neighborhood. If you are looking for something in particular, let us know. We would be happy to help.
We also have a secure parking space available at an additional cost.
Please note, our second bed is an inflatable queen size mattress. It stands as high as a normal bed. It's comfy! All our bedding is 800 thread count.
We love our space and hope you will too.
Guests have their own streat access to the apartment. There is an Italian restaraunt just next door that is perfect for late arrivals and you just want to drop your things and grab a drink and a great meal.
Interaction with Guests
We live just above the apartment that you would be staying. If there is anything you need, day or night, we are just a couple of feet away. We leave you to your stay, but are very available if there is something you need. We love to meet everyone that stays in our place. It's so much fun getting to know others from all over the world!
The Neighborhood is well known as the "hippest" neighborhood in the city. You will find amazing food, the best bar scene, and an incredible music scene. That being said, it's also a slower pace than the city and much more laid back. You can go to a movie theatre, go bowling, go have a fabulous dinner, meet friends for drinks, walk down on the water front, do some amazing shopping, and see lot's of music.
Williamsburg itself is fairly small. So getting around the neighborhood is very easy by foot. But if you'd like to go to other parts of the city you can take the L train into Union Square area, or take the M train down through the East and West Villiage, up through Union Square and up to Times Square. You can catch any other train from either of these trains.
Please be aware we require a $200 security deposit. It will be fully refunded following checkout and review. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100. If you need parking, we have a space in a locked and gated lot for an additional $25/night. We need to know in advance if you'd like to utilize the parking option. We can not accommodate a last minute request.
We spent a week in New York which was made perfect by having a really great place to stay. Ed and Heather's apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable which was ideal after long, busy days walking the streets of New York. The location was fabulous with some great places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood, Okonomi and Five Leaves being particular highlights. Two subway stops nearby took us directly into the Lower East Side or Chelsea which again proved some of our favourite areas. Ed and Heather were easy to contact and helped with some useful local knowledge when we arrived. All in all, a fantastic apartment which we would recommend to anyone planning a visit to New York.
Had a fantastic time staying at Ed and Heather's apartment. Heather was very helpful and prompt in any queries both before and during our stay.
The apartment is exactly as listed and an amazing base to discover Manhattan and Brooklyn. We'd highly recommend anyone to book and will be looking to come back ourselves on our next trip to NY.
Thanks for being a great host Heather
Ed and Heathers apartment is a great place to stay while visiting New York. Located in a great area of Williamsburg. Lots of great places to eat and drink close by, and not crazy far from the subway.
I will say that people should be warned that it is right next door to an Italian Cafe, and it can get quite loud as it shares a wall with the kitchen, but to anyone that's been to
NY before, you know it's a loud city. Ear plugs are a highly recommended purchase, and you'll be just fine ;)
Ed and Heather were lovely to communicate with and very helpful with getting into the apartment.
The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in New York.
We fell in love with Williamsburg which was a cool, laid back area with so many great shops, bars and restaurants. We also did all the touristy things we wanted to do in Manhattan with great ease, as the apartment was so close to the subway.
Ed and Heathers recommendations for places to eat and shop were great and they were very helpful and responsive when we had questions.
Overall, a perfect place to stay and we would definitely stay again.
Thanks Ed and Heather!
Ed and Heather's home was perfect! It was in a safe and centrally located area walking distance from hip coffee shops, trendy boutiques and delicious restaurants. Their accommodations were beautiful and they were really easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Ed and Heathers place is awesome!! Clean, spacious, comfy. We felt right at home. Ed was available for anything we needed. I would stay here again for sure. I'm thrilled with my first Airbnb experience!!
The apartment is fantastic. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. It is in a great location with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Heather was a delight to deal with, quick to communicate and very helpful/flexible. Couldn't recommend this place higher for a stay in Brooklyn.

My two passions, aside from my family, are music and food.
I've lived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for 13 years and absolutely love it. We have some of the best restaurants in NYC right in our backyard. There's no shortage of fun and excitement near our apartment.
We hope to see you in Brooklyn!
