This is an older home that is recently remodeled. There is an unfinished basement in the home that is not part of the living space in this listing. We do allow access to the basement as we are in tornado alley.

A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any unapproved pets in our home!

The home also has a washer and dryer for guest use. There is an unfinished basement with access to it from the primary bedroom. There is also a garage on the house that is not for guest use and it does not have access into the home.
