About this listing
Grace of Monaco is on the 1st floor. Facing the street and the patio. Private bathroom inside the room.
Le Petit Palais was first built in 1905. Converted in a french style in the 70's it became a "bourgeoise" family house and was sold again in 1990 to a argentinian vedette who gave it a bit of a hippie style before I actually bought it in 2010 to convert it in a cosy guest house.
Le Petit Palais is built in a "L" shape which give to nearly every room a view to the patio. It has 4 floor and so far 5 bedrooms which are modest bedrooms with a queen size bed and with a individual bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor you have access to the patio and the living room.
On the top floor, the dining room and the terrace.
The living room has a large T.V. and games for your use.
The dining room and terrace are closed after 9:00 p.m.
The kitchen is for Le Petit Palais staff ONLY.
Each room as a safe.
