  • I've had a wonderful time in this B&B. It was my first B&B experience and I have to say that it was very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and everything is nearby, you can be in the centre of rome in 10 minutes. The room was clean and spacious. When we where in Rome it was very hot but we had airconditioning in the room so it was okay. Alessandro also let us keep the baggage in our room because we had a late flight, which was very convenient for us.
Thank you Alessandro and till next time!

  • Good stay! Lokation not far from the center, by train or by bus, beautiful house, clean room, comfortable bed, private bathroom. Breakfasts are very useful in Rome, a very expensive city. We were staying at the room with big window, TV and bookshelf, and it was a bit noisy at night, that's all. Thanks Alessandro!

  • We would like to thank Alessandro for his hospitality, availability (even when our flight was delayed till almost midnight) and amenities offered to us. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The public transportation was optimal with a train station (underground) and two bus lines that stop just 50 yards (meters) from the house, or walk to a tram line that took us to city center in minutes.
Now we have a place to stay when visiting our family in Rome!
    Thank you Alessandro!

  • My stay at this BNB was awesome. Didn't stay at home too much 'cause I was just visiting with a friend for the weekend. Didn't meet Alessandro, but his girlfriend Emmanuela was really nice, even let me keep my bags in the apartment between the time that I checked out and my flight. Breakfast was provided every day as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

  • I certainly would recommend Alessandro`s apartment to those who like stay apart of big hotels. We stayed at this B&B apartment for three nights. Alessandro is great innkeeper. He provided to us all information we needed, and presented a pocket-size map of Rome. The room was cozy and clean, with a lot of privacy. Bathroom located close to the door. Good breakfast. Transportation to the centre of Rome is not difficult. Tram 8, which in a couple steps away from the building, goes down to the Piazza Venezia. I also would recommend to tray a traditional home-made Italian pizza at place named “Pizza Rustica”, which is located at Piazzale Enrico Dunant, 66 just on your way from Alessandro`s apartment to the tram station “Gianicolense - Ponte Bianco”.
