The space
Just renovated and listed for this 2023 Summer Season, The Green House is the perfect base camp for your Crater Lake adventure. Cozy up in this 600 square foot Cabin complete with a full kitchen, Heating, Air Conditioning, Starlink WiFi, Kayaks, and a fully fenced backyard.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property except for the locked attic and locked storage shed in the backyard.

Other things to note
The Green House is on a well water system like all the homes in Fort Klamath as there is no city water system available. The valley has a high water table with high mineral content and as such the shower and sink water is metallic, despite the use of filtration systems. The water is safe, however it is not exactly pleasant to drink. To remedy this we have fresh drinking water provided in the dispenser in the kitchen, as well as extra water jugs in the back room for guest use.

Also Fort Klamath is a very small town, that is essentially a base camp for Crater Lake. There is no gas station or restaurant. There is only one small organic store at Jo’s Motel. While the items are excellent they are VERY expensive. If you are going to cook we recommend that you bring your food and shop in Klamath Falls, Medford, Bend, or whenever you are coming from that has a large grocery chain.

The closest restaurant nearby is the Kla-Mo-Ya Casino on Highway 97 which is very good and is open year round, and Annie Creek Buffet at the base of Crater Lake, however that is only open seasonally. Check with the National Park Service for availability.
