The loft it's really comfortable..30 square meters plus 40 sm of garden/veranda. It is located 10 min walking distance from the main famous beach (serapo) and the downtown. A parking slot, a close tipical market and the quiteness where the loft is, will make your stay...the perfect place where to gain your relax.
You can find in here all the things you need...a comfortable bed..a nice kitchen, good quality lcd..oven, washing machine and a barbecue outside the garden. Moreover there is a sofa that can be used by a third person to sleep.

The garden located just in front the loft is a lovely place because of its space, its privacy and the chance to sit down or to lie down in total freedom.
The location of the loft is perfect - it's literally 10 minutes walking from the gorgeous Serapo beach. It's about 10-15 min walk from the old town or Via Indepenza where you can find lots of restaurants and bars. The loft has a nice kitchen as well which is ideal for making your own lunch breakfast and dinner - You can also sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or a cold beer in the garden.
Moreover if you need to go online on internet we have a wireless connection available for you 24/7.
This loft is ideal for young couples ,It is cheap and cheerful. This is an ideal place to feel and experience Italian lifestyle , to mix a real culture with a fantastic beach just 900 metres away, and come home to your own beautiful space . This delightful little house in Gaeta is a great base to combine, both a beach holiday and tourist visits to Rome or Naples as it is only a one hour and 15 min. journey to both cities by train, and the train leaves for both destinations every hour, otherwise you can go walking to the beautiful beach, Serapo, which is renowned to be the cleanest sea south of Rome. The town of Gaeta is charming and claims to be older than Rome,as you can feel by visiting the old churches spread around the city and by visiting The Mausoleum of Plancus,( Lucius Munatius Plancus born in Tibur, c. 87 BC; died in Gaeta, c. 15 BC was a Roman senator, consul in 42 BC, and censor in 22 BC) a massive cylinder tomb now much restored is on a hill overlooking the sea: it houses a small permanent exhibit in honor of him, you are immediately plunged into "old Italy ". During the summer months or during winter you can even enjoy the visit to the famous Sperlonga, which is just 15 minutes away by car.
What do you need more? ;-)
The loft must be left in the same condition it was found. Any breakage or damage caused by guests must be paid for by guest. Please do not make too much noise and and please respect our neighbors.
Guests must take responsibility for the security of the apartment during their stay and ALWAYS look the door properly with the key when not in the apartment (even when running out to supermarket or something).
Please note that you can smoke on the garden but not inside the loft.
Before leaving, guest must clean their plates and kitchen utensils, and take out the rubbish/trash and empty the fridge/freezer.
Guests must never leave plates with food in the sink.
Check out is 11am. If guests need a later check out they must ask for prior approval. If there are no new guests expected the same day or there are guests arriving late I am normally okay with this when asked. However guests that abuse this and stay hours later than permitted will be expected to pay an extra night.
Alessandro and Smolly were amazing hosts, very kind and helpful and the lovely fresh eggs from Alessandro's mothers chickens. A very peaceful setting with a large private outdoor area. The apartment is very nice and close to 3 supermarkets as well as the weekly outdoor market opposite Conad with fresh fruit and veggies as well as the wonderful mozzarella di bufala and olives from Gaeta. Abit further on (20mins walk) you reach the lovely old town with lots of bars and restaurants.
Very nice place, well located but in peacefull and relaxing area, ahead from crowd, a hidden spot. Not easy to find, you should ask Alessandro how to reach it, GPS and maps getting confused. The whole place was tidy and fitted perfectly our needs (considering our limited financial abbilities). Garden is a BIG BIG BIG advantage, but you should be equipped with some anti-mosquitos stuff to confrortably use it during a day.
Geata itself was one of our favs during the trip throught south Italy. Not so crowded, not many turists, mainly locals, italian athmosphere at its finest and best beaches weve seen (most of them comercialized unfortunately, as everything in Italy)
Last but not least, Alessandro is a type of guy that make you want to use airbnb everytime traveling. Cool person, helpful, extremely friendly.
His lovely mum Anna Maria drove me around the city and showed important spots like markets, beach, pizza places. Wonderfull woman
