The loft it's really comfortable..30 square meters plus 40 sm of garden/veranda. It is located 10 min walking distance from the main famous beach (serapo) and the downtown. A parking slot, a close tipical market and the quiteness where the loft is, will make your stay...the perfect place where to gain your relax.
You can find in here all the things you need...a comfortable bed..a nice kitchen, good quality lcd..oven, washing machine and a barbecue outside the garden.Moreover there is a sofa that can be used by a third person to sleep.
a heater system is present too so that even during winter the vacation can be comfortable.
The garden located just in front the loft is a lovely place because of its space, its privacy and the chance to sit down or to lie down in total freedom.
The location of the loft is perfect - it's literally 10 minutes walking from the gorgeous Serapo beach. It's about 10-15 min walk from the old town or Via Indepenza where you can find lots of restaurants and bars. The loft has a nice kitchen as well which is ideal for making your own lunch breakfast and dinner - You can also sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or a cold beer in the garden.

This is an ideal place to feel and experience Italian lifestyle , to mix a real culture with a fantastic beach just 900 metres away, and come home to your own beautiful space . This delightful little house in Gaeta is a great base to combine, both a beach holiday and tourist visits to Rome or Naples as it is only a one hour and 15 min. journey to both cities by train, and the train leaves for both destinations every hour, otherwise you can go walking to the beautiful beach, Serapo, which is renowned to be the cleanest sea south of Rome. The town of Gaeta is charming and claims to be older than Rome,as you can feel by visiting the old churches spread around the city and by visiting The Mausoleum of Plancus,( Lucius Munatius Plancus born in Tibur, c. 87 BC; died in Gaeta, c. 15 BC was a Roman senator, consul in 42 BC, and censor in 22 BC) a massive cylinder tomb now much restored is on a hill overlooking the sea: it houses a small permanent exhibit in honor of him, you are immediately plunged into "old Italy ". During the summer months or during winter you can even enjoy the visit to the famous Sperlonga, which is just 15 minutes away by car.
