The key will be located in the lockbox located at the bottom of the unit’s hose bib to the right of the front door located on Hazelwood Street. The black lockbox code is **** The key inside the lockbox will give you access to the main front door located on the east side. Here is a video tuturial just incase you aren’t familiar with how to open a lock box (URL HIDDEN)
Parking is available in the two private carports located behind the unit through the private covered patio or you may park on Hazelwood Street right in front of the front door. Please do not park in the driveway or the community roads since this area is reserved for emergency vehicles. Here are videos to help you find your way around the complex to find the pool and the trash in the back of the home.

Some rules for the home are please no smoking indoors, no burning incense or candles during your stay inside the home, if you are bringing a furry family member please do not let them jump on the furniture to prevent scratching also please out of courtesy of everyone in the neighborhood please pick up your pet’s waste. In order to keep our rates low for all of our guests and future guests please keep the thermostat at 80 degree upon leaving Sacha's home at the end of your stay.
At the end of your stay, just lock all doors and leave the keys back in the lockbox. You can leave the additional keys on the kitchen countertop. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it and additional dishes can be left in the sink. There is no need to make the beds since the beds will be changed anyway by the cleaning crew. Please feel free to leave us a review on VRBO or Airbnb!
