Welcome to Windsor Palace - a uniquely designed, legally registered place with private bedrooms and baths. Plenty of space for kids and family - just ask!
Located on the nicest block near Prospect Park, our place has beautiful light throughout. Two short blocks to prospect park and famous Brooklyn Bandshell as well as half a block to the subway will make your commute a breeze to anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan. We love our neighborhood feel while still in the most exciting borough of New York!

The space
Recently stylishly renovated with a mix of modern and classic details. A two story walk up with incredible light through every window.
Under NYC law we are allowed to host up to two paying guests, but there’s plenty of space for a family so reach out if your party includes more than two adults.

Our place features a sunlit, south facing living room and bedrooms with comfortable beds. There is ample closet space and a workspace with desk chair for remote workers.

The dining table has plenty of space to enjoy a great home-cooked (or delivered!) meal.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, and a microwave. For coffee drinkers, we offer a french press and ground coffee. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking basics.

Here are some additional details about the apartment:

-- The F/G subway trains serve the neighborhood. The nearest stop is:
15th street/Prospect Park which is less than 1 minute away.

-- Street parking is free, but you will have to move your car once per week to accommodate street cleaning. If you are driving in, we're happy to help you navigate the weekly 'street sweep shuffle.'

Host lives on the premises and is available by request but respects privacy throughout guest stays.
