Secure, cosy bedroom (double) opens to outdoor eating area, close to transport and facilities including beach, theatres, shops, University. Shared cooking facilities and bathroom with one other person if second room booked. Wifi available FOC for 1 hr for emailing home. Modem can be purchased at US$7.50 per week. Servicing included at end of short stay (less than 7 days). For longer stay servicing can be arranged at USD12 per service and personal washing done at USD$5 a load

The space
You will have full use of swimming pool. We service apartment, wash your linen n towels and will do one load of your personal washing once a week. We are close to all amenities - seaside, theatres, shopping centres, university, sporting facilities, gyms.

Guest access
Access everywhere in the compound. We have two puppies in training to be guard dogs so we have to be mindful of them - closing gates etc. We are mindful of security as well and need to have the alarm system put on especially in the evening and throughout the night.
