BEST LOCATION in SHIBUYA by far!!!
This is your OWN private apartment in Shibuya. The most popular place in town for all the locals, especially young, but old too. Walking through Shibuya is hands down the most UNFORGETTABLE experience in Tokyo. I must go here at least 3 times a week, usually more!
As you can see on map view here on AIRBNB, this is one of 2 apartments I have in the same building that is in the CENTER of SHIBUYA. NOT up the hill (terrible walk with your suitcase) on the way out of Shibuya like the cluster of apartments west. This apartment is actually in the center of all the action ( 6 minute walk to Shibuya station ) and as easy 10 minute walk to HARAJUKU or YOYOGI PARK!
You can find so much to do nearby to do that you probably won't even need a train for a few of the days you stay here. If you want to stay out LATE, this is definitely the place to stay!! You are less than 5 minutes walk from at least 10 NIGHTCLUBS with a famous DJ playing almost every night of the week somewhere. There is definitely a place to go every night! You like restaurants? You can find everything in Shibuya!
FREE MOBILE WI-FI********* FREE MOBILE WI-FI*********
Stay CONNECTED when you are roaming about in TOKYO!!

You will be able to take this small device around Tokyo and be connected to the internet via your smart phone, laptop, etc. Makes exploring so much easier!!
No need to pay ¥1000/$10 a day to rent from the airport!!
Waiting in the apartment for you!!
FREE**********************NO EXTRA CHARGE!
People who have been to Tokyo before know this is the place to stay. If you don't reserve here, you will wish you had and you will the second time you come to Tokyo. This room may look small but it has been remodeled and is really nice. Besides, this room is all about the location!
One of my favorite and most frequented bars 300¥ "Coins Bar" just 1 minute walk from this apartment. Basement floor right around the corner.

CHEERS AND HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!
1. The apartment will be all yours so please take good care of it.
2. Please be quiet and discreet. Very important to respect your neighbors in Japan as everyone lives close together! Absolutely no partying in the unit. Please enjoy yourself outside and make new friends.
3. You must turn off the air conditioner/heater when not there.
4. Please take off your shoes when you enter.
5. NO SMOKING inside the apartment. Outside on the balcony is fine. Standing and smoking in front of the building entrance is not allowed. Please dispose of your buds properly. Do not put in recyclable cans or bottles.
6. SELF CHECK-IN: For your convenience and privacy this is a self-catering unit. It is your responsibility to find the place. Don't worry because I give very detailed and accurate directions in the confirmation.
7. This is NOT a HOTEL: As such, you cannot ask anyone in the building for assistance. My team and I are always available between the hours of 7 AM and 1 AM via Airbnb messaging. Phone calls are typically unanswered due to the Japanese culture of answering phones in public.
8. BEDS: By booking, you acknowledge the total number of beds and bed sizes. Please read carefully to make sure your party will be comfortable with the available accommodations.
9. DEPOSIT: We don't take a deposit, but you will be held liable for any damages. Please report any damages as soon as they occur. Honesty is the best policy and will be rewarded.
10. CLEANING: The place is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Our standards are very high, but if you have any concerns contact us upon arrival.
11. YOU MUST separate the trash*** #1 VITAL thing in Japanese culture!!
Trash is divided into categories and put in different bags.
Please separate your:
burnable, recyclables (cans, plastic bottles, glass), and non-burnable items.
Please put these in separate bags. Using any clear plastic bag is okay in Tokyo.
There is also a 3rd and 4th futon beds if needed. PLEASE NOTE: This would make it very, very crowded.
Great little place really in the heart of Shibuya city, which is super handy catching the Narita express direct to/from the airport. The host is very attentive and big on the detail which was good.
Wifi worked great.
I wouldn't want to stay here for an extended period of time due to the size of the bathroom and aged look mainly, but it was well-suited for the three nights we stayed.
This was a fantastic listing for 2 people in the heart of Shibuya. Will was an outstanding host and offers great communication/guidelines to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is small (as are most in Tokyo), but very clean and cozy. The portable wifi is a huge plus. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to explore from a convenient location.
It is a lovely house and it is clean when we first got in. There is no doubt that the apartment is nice and convenient. It takes you maybe 7 minutes from the house to the subway or JR line in Japan. On the way to the Shibuya station you can go shopping. What's more, Will is a nice guy and if you have any questions you can call him at AIRBNB. I enjoy my trip in TOKYO and thank you Will because of the nice house and the useful information.
This listing was perfect for two people. Just as described and the location is right in middle of Shibuya. It was clean and everything worked properly. I had no problems finding the location and no problems communicating with the host. I would definitely recommend staying here!
I've stayed with Will before and every time is fantastic. Thorough, clean, friendly, accommodating, and a great apartment. I love this little spot right in the heart of Shibuya. You can't do much better. I consider this my home in Japan now. Haha. 10/10
Great location, right in the middle of the awesomeness of Shibuya. Although we did not meet host, he was very easy to contact and provided a lot of information - so was great. Thanks Will.
Will's apartment is a great deal, especially with regard to location. It's minutes from Shibuya station and in a very lively neighborhood, but at the same time I had no problem with noise or sleeping. All the amenities I could have needed were provided, and the apartment was clean and tidy.

About the Host, Will
Nice to meet you. My name is Will. I love hosting on airbnb and it is my life. It is tons of fun and there are new surprises every day! I have met so many interesting people as a host and I look forward to those I will meet in the future.
I am a sports fan, reader, movie goer, and I like to try new things. I play golf, basketball, and just about any sport you can think of. I love ramen, yakiniku, yakitori, and shabu shabu here in Japan. I love to try pizza all over the world when I travel.
Relationships are the most important thing for me in my personal life as well as business. I like to go out and have a good time with my friends and meet new people.
I have learned so much from my over three years as an airbnb host and I am pleased to say I have most questions answered for you before you ask them, whether it be in the description of the listing or in the detail I supply you with at confirmation. Still, I am always thinking of ways to make the guest experience more comfortable, efficient, and hassle free. This is my goal as a host. I will continue to get more places every month so I can host more travelers. I want everyone to see Tokyo at least once!
Tokyo is a great place to come and people from all over the world visit here making it a truly international city. I love Tokyo and seeing the amazing sights and people. It is a great place to explore and every day can be different. This is an awesome destination for walkers and wanders filled with friendly people, tasty restaurants, and plenty of lights. My tip is to make the initial contact with Japanese people because they are typically shy at first. They will be happy to try to practice their English with you.
Hope I can host you soon! May your trip to Tokyo be as amazing as my 7 years here has been!
