The Space

You seriously won't find a better location than this for your stay in SF! If you look at a map of San Francisco, our place is basically in the middle. But not the grungy-sketchy-tenderloin middle, the real San Francisco (non-touristy) and convenient-to-everything middle. We promise, it's amazing. Our apartment has a walking score of 91 and a public transportation score of 93! Trains and buses from here will easily get you anywhere in the city, as well as East Bay and the airport. It can't be beat. We have tasty restaurants, cool bars, interesting shops, and quality grocery stores all within walking distance, and our place is only two blocks to picturesque Alamo Square!

The apartment itself is a gorgeous 2-bed, 2-full bath top floor slice of heaven, with a jetted tub, gas fire place, and professional-grade kitchen (Granite countertops, Bosch fridge/dishwasher, Viking stove and plenty of pots, pans, Vitamix blender, coffee grinder, etc). It's fully furnished-- with flat screen TV, big comfy chairs to relax in by the fire and it's been recently remodeled, so your stay will have that new, clean feel to it.

More sweet features include:
* Lots of sunlight: Windows on all four sides
* Quiet: Top floor, in the back of the building
* Master bedroom with queen bed and bath ensuite
* Bedroom with full bed (futon) and desk
* Bonus room: Office space with desk and/or yoga room, air mattress available too
* Vintage/modern furniture, art, plants, and books
* Wireless internet
* Washer/Dryer in unit
* Dining table
* Shared deck
* Owner occupied building

This is our HOME. We travel frequently for work and play, so we want to share our amazing spot when we're away. We own this apartment and we are looking for responsible guests who will respect our space and belongings! If this is you, then hit us up! You won't be disappointed!!!

Hope to talk soon!

  • We stayed at Jaime's place for a month after our move to SF. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. It's also centrally located making it easy to explore SF's neighborhoods. Jaime and her boyfriend were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

  • We had a great experience renting from Jaime. I set up my parents and sister at her place during my wedding weekend. It was super clean and spacious, with a great kitchen and living room for hanging out. Jaime was super nice and easy to work with throughout the process. Her host book had all the information we needed for the stay.
    The location of her house is perfectly nestled between Divisadero Street, Alamo Square and Hayes Valley. Street parking is a little challenging in the evening but manageable overall.
    I would highly recommend Jaime's flat for anyone with a group of 2-4.

  • Really nice place, really easy to deal with Jamie who was very nice! We highly recommend her place ;)

  • Jaime was a fantastic hostess. This was my first experience with AirBnB and I am sold because of it. Jaime was flexible with checking in and out and was great with correspondence about my questions about San Francisco. It was my first time in the city for my 30th birthday and she was all about it for my friends and me. The apartment is exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures. The second bathtub only having half a door isn't an issue as long as you're not practicing your audition for So You Think You Can Dance, which none of us thought of doing :-)

    Her apartment is pretty central to everything, taking the MUNI everywhere is cheap and convenient, and there is food EVERYWHERE. The AC was a little tricky for us and we didn't want to mess with it too much so we just opened the windows a crack at night.

    If I ever get back to SF, I would hope that Jaime's place is available.

  • Jaime was an excellent host! Though we never met in person, she was super easy to communicate with. The apartment is beautiful, well-furnished and in an excellent location. We loved our stay and will stay here again in the future!

  • This is a very good and almost newly renovated apartment that we can highly recommend. The apartment was clean and tidy and contained everything one needs, perfectly suited to a family of four. The flat is in a very nice neighborhood, many great cafes and restaurants nearby and within easy reach of the city center. About 30 minutes walk, but also opportunities for trams and buses. Jamie is a very nice host, and she had many good recommendations for restaurants and activities, which we used. Thank you for the exciting and fun-filled days in San Francisco. This apartment is highly recommended. Hakon Johnson, Oslo, Norway

  • This was my first experience with Airbnb and I have to say that I'm glad I got Jaime as my first! The bar is now set very high. All future booking will be compared to this and judged accordingly.

  • I spent 4 nights in Jamie's lovely apartment. Both Jaime and the apartment were absolutely delightful. Jamie was very helpful and informative in the lead-up to my stay there, and provides very comprehensive guides to the local bars and restaurants which were fantastic.

    The apartment was just beautiful, gorgeously decorated... very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was amazing and the apartment had everything I could wish for. Loved the location and the neighbourhood. I tried quite a few of the local bars and restaurants and they were all wonderful.

    I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay in it again (if Jaime will have me back).

  • The apartment was really lovely; clean, spacious and great location. Jaime was in great contact on the run up to the trip and then also once we arrived. She was really considerate, leaving directions, sight seeing advice and contact numbers. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for having us! :)
