About This Listing
You seriously won't find a better location than this for your stay in SF! If you look at a map of San Francisco, our place is basically in the middle. But not the grungy-sketchy-tenderloin middle, the real San Francisco (non-touristy) and convenient-to-everything middle. We promise, it's amazing. Our apartment has a walking score of 91 and a public transportation score of 93! Trains and buses from here will easily get you anywhere in the city, as well as East Bay and the airport. It can't be beat. We have tasty restaurants, cool bars, interesting shops, and quality grocery stores all within walking distance, and our place is only two blocks to picturesque Alamo Square!
The apartment itself is a gorgeous 2-bed, 2-full bath top floor slice of heaven, with a jetted tub, gas fire place, and professional-grade kitchen (Granite countertops, Bosch fridge/dishwasher, Viking stove and plenty of pots, pans, Vitamix blender, coffee grinder, etc). It's fully furnished-- with flat screen TV, big comfy chairs to relax in by the fire and it's been recently remodeled, so your stay will have that new, clean feel to it.
More sweet features include:

Jaime was a great host. The apartment is in a great location with lots of food options nearby. It's near several buses which go to downtown SF and close enough that you can walk if you want. The apartment itself is very homely. The bedrooms are quite large and there's a nice living area with a lot of natural light. I would stay there again!
We stayed at Jaime's place for a month after our move to SF. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. It's also centrally located making it easy to explore SF's neighborhoods. Jaime and her boyfriend were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience renting from Jaime. I set up my parents and sister at her place during my wedding weekend. It was super clean and spacious, with a great kitchen and living room for hanging out. Jaime was super nice and easy to work with throughout the process. Her host book had all the information we needed for the stay.
The location of her house is perfectly nestled between Divisadero Street, Alamo Square and Hayes Valley. Street parking is a little challenging in the evening but manageable overall.
I would highly recommend Jaime's flat for anyone with a group of 2-4.
Jaime was a fantastic hostess. This was my first experience with AirBnB and I am sold because of it. Jaime was flexible with checking in and out and was great with correspondence about my questions about San Francisco. It was my first time in the city for my 30th birthday and she was all about it for my friends and me. The apartment is exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures. The second bathtub only having half a door isn't an issue as long as you're not practicing your audition for So You Think You Can Dance, which none of us thought of doing :-)
Her apartment is pretty central to everything, taking the MUNI everywhere is cheap and convenient, and there is food EVERYWHERE. The AC was a little tricky for us and we didn't want to mess with it too much so we just opened the windows a crack at night.
If I ever get back to SF, I would hope that Jaime's place is available.
