Nice, comfortable apartment in the central quartier Esquilino, very well connected to the rest of the city.
Just renewed apartment in the central Esquilino quartier, very close to the railway station and even closer (100 mt) to the subway and bus stops.
The neighborhood is very alive, with a big market and shops of all kind. There are many restaurants, three or four very good only 1 minute away.
From there you can take a bus or the subway, but you can even walk (Colosseum, S. Maria Maggiore, The Roman forum, S. Pietro in Vincoli where stay the big statue of Moses by Michelangelo, S. Croce in Gerusalemme, S. Giovanni...to say only some place to visit, are all at 10-15 minutes walking distance), and find nice places in all directions.
The apartment has one big bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa-bed. There is a well fournished kitchen and a big bathroom with a balcony.
The wi-fi connection has been recently improved, and now you can connect as meny device you want, with a good signal in the kitchen.
Is full of ligt, comfortable...and beautiful
If you come by plane, if you don't want to take a taxi (35-50 euro), you have to reach the Termini central station by one of the many "shuttle" buses that connect it with the airport. From Termini you can walk here (10 min.), take a taxi (10 euro approximately), or take a tram: on the left side of the space in front of the station there is the tram stop, and everyone is good, and brings you at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, where you step down few meters away from home. You can buy the ticket for the tram at the newsstands of the station.
Once you are at Via Principe Eugenio 22, ring at Bollea-Natoli on the interphone.
Interaction with Guests
I live nearby, and me or my relatives (my wife, or my brother, that lives in the same building) will be present for any necessity. When you arrive if you want we can give you information about the neighborood and the way to move, and a map with local informations.
The Neighborhood is named Esquilino, the same of one of the 7 hills of the ancient Rome. The actual dominant architecture is from (phone number hidden), with big roads and the very big square of Piazza Vittorio. Anyway ruins, temples, theatres of the ancient Rome are visible, to remember us that this was part of the ancient city.
Now the area is also the oriental quartier of Rome, with a big chinese and bengalese community. Famous is the big market of food, as some shops, first of all the ice cream of mr Fassi. The neighborood is beautiful and very close to the center, in truth is part of it, and very well connected.
I leave some maps of the quartier and the city, please leave them in the house
We had a pleasant stay at Jacaranda. The appartment is very cozy and clean. It is well equiped and has everything you may need - towels, shampoo, hairdryer, even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Nicola is very nice and friendly, he provided us with certain advices on what to visit and where to have a dinner around.
The apparment has very good connections with the city centre (~15 min on foot to the Coleseum, ~10 minutes on metro to the Spanish steps). There is a supermarket close to the appartment. We will definitely return.
Very excellent host. Nicola show the house and everything about rome that around the accommodation
House is perfect!!!
very clean and wide. so we could take a relax and feel comfortable.
Wifi was not connected sometimes, but it didn't matter.
I want to live like this house~
The appartement was very spacious, well equipped, sunny and clean. I didn't see Nicolas because he was out of town, but everything was well organized. We enjoyed very much the stay. Thank you.
Nicola was extremely polite and helpful. We loved our stay in his apartment. It was in a good location and incredibly clean. I would recommend staying here to anyone. My friends and I loved our stay in Rome!
Nice location, the place was clean and a good size for the price. Host was helpful and friendly.
Only minus was the key/lock for the front door of the complex was tricky to get working, you had to jiggle it just right, sometimes it took up to 10 minutes of playing with it to open the door.
Otherwise, great place.
