The flat itself was well located and offered most things you would need for a short stay. The wifi was a little unreliable but somebody did come and attempt to make it work better. However nothing was resolved. Before getting to Rome the communication was excellent. Once in Rome we were met by somebody we hadn't been communicating with before. She was rather rude to us during check-out and put a dampener on a lovely few days.
Nice apartment and hosts.
Only 10 Euro to store the luggage in the bar for three hours is a bit much.
Great location! You can walk to the Spanish Steps train station, great shopping, food, coffee, and amazing sites. Valentina was amazing. She was waiting for us when the car from the airport arrived. She also helped us get our laundry done toward the end of our trip. We had a few issues with the drain in the shower and the electrical outlet and she fixed those issues within 1 day.
The flat is very small, really only comfortable for 1 couple.
Very convenient~ near to the metro, shopping district & main attractions! Well equipped apartment & cozy place!
what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! the apartment was very clean. it has all the little things you need like coffee machine and a fridge. it was warm in the apartment which was great for us due to the cold weather, always had hot water in the shower and we had WI FI all the time. the apartment is located 5 minutes walk to the Spanish steps and basically it is close to the metro and all tourist sites.
The apartment is clean and in a good central location. It's on a quiet side street off of Via del Corso so you're near everything without the noise. Valentina was easy to get in touch with for check-in, even after we missed our train from Firenze and arrived a half hour later than we expected to. It's a perfectly suitable flat for a short stay in Roma if you are looking for an alternative to a hotel. The kitchen is small but equipped with what you need to cook basic meals, which allowed us to take advantage of the salumerias and markets rather than eating out tourist trap restaurants every night.
Appartamento situato in una ottima posizione, letto grande e ben tenuto,le foto sono veritiere.
This apartment is located in an ideal location. Right off the main strip of luxury designer shops and within easy walking distance to both Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps.
Valentina was incredibly hospitable, we were delayed and we kept her up to date with our whereabouts and she was more than happy to greet us when we got there for check in. The apartment itself was tidy and clean, and is perfect for a short city break. When I next come to Rome I will be sure to book this again as I think the value and location is probably hard to beat!
Appartement très agréable à deux pas de la Piazza di Spagna.
Check in rapide et bien organisé par Valentina

At first glance, this place provides everything it promises and more. Great location. Funky furnishings. Simon was helpful, prompt, and accommodating. But on closer inspection, it begins to pale. It's pretty shoddily constructed (little things: the dresser door won't open without scraping on the floor, the shower is built in such a way that water tends to splash everywhere). But most importantly, the wireless Internet is UNBEARABLY slow. There were many times where the room might as well have not had wifi, it was so maddeningly slow. So, if that's something that's important to you, I'd give this room a pass. Otherwise, it's a good room in a good neighborhood.
