The space
Baby, it’s COLD outside!! But the Reston Tiny House is cozy and warm. Relax with your very own thermostat and a dip in the Antigua Spa hot tub to warm it up. Enjoy hot tea as you work remote or walk/drive a mile to the metro for unlimited access to everywhere. Dine out or craft a gourmet meal, relax in fluffy robes and slippers. Adjust the temp, select your Sleep Number®, and rest well on the huge king-size bed. Reston Tiny House™ is much bigger than its tiny self.

Other things to note
Soft-coated Wheaten Terriers live in the host house. Dogs (2) use the bigger back yard, so please text before entering their space to ensure the dogs are contained. Dogs are friendly but jumpy.

Smoking allowed on outdoor patios ONLY. No smoking in the house thank you.

Smack in the center of Fairfax County Parkway, Reston Fire Station and Reston Hospital (all within a 2-mile radius). Expect an occasional siren, loud vehicle, and of course some barking. Overall quiet and serene.
