Welcome to Charlesgate Suites! We eagerly await the opportunity to host you in our recently renovated hotel, which has undergone a stunning transformation from a traditional B&B into a trendy & dynamic space. With no front desk & a seamless self check-in, we ensure a hassle-free arrival experience. Each of our exquisitely designed rooms showcases the perfect balance of modern aesthetics & comfort, featuring stylish West Elm furnishings. Please note this room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
The space
Upon entering the building you will be enamored by the exquisite beauty of the foyer, adorned with its original ornate wallpaper, hardwood floors and an impressive grand staircase. As you proceed towards your room, you will appreciate the convenience of spacious carpeted stairs that make transporting your luggage to your room less burdensome. (Not completely sold on this sentence)
Inside your room, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light, allowing you to fully appreciate the restored historic features that adorn the space. With a large fireplace and bay windows, you can unwind and bask in the cozy atmosphere, enjoying moments of relaxation and tranquility.
The completely new kitchen features stone countertops, dishwasher, disposal, fridge, icemaker, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and induction range. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to create gourmet meals. The dining area showcases a versatile drop leaf table with seating for four.
The living space is elegantly furnished with West Elm furniture featuring a queen sleeper sofa & coffee table. The studio is large enough to be completed with a luxurious king size bed adorned with high-quality linens and a dresser. Enjoy a comfortable evening streaming your favorite TV shows on the large 50” smart tv. If working remotely, you’ll experience the convenience of a dedicated work desk area within the comfort of your room.
As you enter the bathroom, you will adore the charming vintage appearance of the marble floors. The bathroom offers a vanity with abundant cabinetry across from a full closet for all your clothes hanging needs. But most importantly, Indulge in soothing, hot showers within the beautifully tiled stand-up shower enclosed by sleek glass.
