Spartans are rare aluminum beauties whose roots date back nearly 100 years (1928) to the aircraft industry. With aircraft competition on the rise and housing in demand, Spartan switched gears. In 1945, the first Deco styled trailer rolled off the line. Built to the highest of quality and sleekest design, Spartans were the "Cadillacs" of trailers.
Andy was named after Josh's grandpa and his love for aluminum airplanes. Standing strong today, Andy brings original personality with modern touches.

Sitting at nearly 340 sq feet of space, Andy is our most spacious vintage rig on site - even larger than that of the average American hotel room. Built for those who desire a little 'more' in their stay, Andy is outfitted with all new appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and a mix of new and family heirloom furniture, including grandma and grandpa's dining table.
💻 📚 Speedy WiFi flows through Andy, making the oversized living room a great space to cozy up with a laptop. Or, the dining table doubles as a functional workspace too.
❄️ 📺 Andy has two a/cs to cool you off after a long day of hiking and keep you resting well at night! For guests looking to wind down in front of the tube at night, the TV has a Roku for logging into your favorite streaming devices.

While there are plenty of eateries around, cooking in the Spartan while sharing a meal around grandma and grandpa's dining table is a sure way to create special memories.

The gem of Andy's bathroom is the white enamel tub. Stamped on the bottom, one would find a manufacture date of Sept 18, 1954 - a true testament to the original build of these trailers. A household-sized sink and toilet and an ample amount of original storage shelves finish off the space.

We're located just off Highway 35, a beautiful scenic route along Flathead Lake’s east shore. While you may notice some road noise during the day, that’s the perfect time to be out exploring, hiking, or enjoying the lake! From Kansas City to Bigfork, travel has shaped who I am. In 2013, my around-the-world tour was featured on the Dave Ramsey Show ('Brittain's World' on YouTube:). In 2014, Hostel KC was born. Its mission was to give back to the people of Jamaica. In 2016, I hit the road full-time with my husband and in 2020, we landed in Bigfork to manage, and eventually own Flathead Lake Resort - a small, family-owned, home-style experience. Welcome home!
