Welcome to our pet-friendly guesthouse in the heart of the 12 South neighborhood in Nashville. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants and shops in this popular area. This cozy space is perfect for a couple or a family with plenty of space. Complete with a full kitchen, and spacious living room to relax. The living room has a Peloton bike so you can exercise. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a full shower. Plus a dedicated workspace for remote workers!

The space
The guesthouse is on the back of the property. When you park on the driveway there is a gate steps away that access the backyard. The backyard leads to the entryway. Once you open the first door, you climb stairs to the top where the entrance to the guesthouse is.

Once inside you walk into a spacious living room and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and coffee. There is a full fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

There is a Peloton bike that is available to use in the living room. The living room has a comfortable couch with a 55" inch SmartTV.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with plenty of storage for clothes. There is an en-suite bathroom that includes a full shower and toilet. Air mattress available by request!

Guest access
You have access to the entire guesthouse upstairs as well as the backyard area, although it is shared. If you need to use the BBQ or any other shared spaces just reach out for approval. We are happy to help The garage and the main house is not available for guests.

Other things to note
The guesthouse sits above the garage. It will not be opened before 8 am to pull out the car. We will communicate with you if we are going to be operating the garage door early or late.

We have two young girls, Harper and Caroline, and a very friendly and very large dog named Gatsby. We spend our time on “experiences” and enjoy dining out, going to concerts, traveling, and camping. We’ve both lived overseas and our last trip was South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana.
