Host was friendly and accomadating. Apartment was better than expected,and the views stunning. Close to all amenties, shops etc, so had plenty to do and enjoy. Only wish we were able to stay longer.
Peter was quite nice in dealing with a couple of issues. Replaced the TV with a new 42" when the 39" went bad. Hooray. check in was easy and quick. Unit was as described. Location was right in the heart of paradise.
The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. Exactly as the description stated. It had amazing views and was seconds away from shops and food outlets. The pool was great and relaxing. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

The property location, exceeded my expectation. it has excellent views of the beach and ferny ave. Space is generous for 7 people. The site contact is warm, friendly knows the place and the area very well. You will have two car park spaces and 10 visitors parking that you can use in the event that someone use your space. Communication / response with and from the host is quick.
Highly recommended, we are going back again.

The apartment was as described and provided an extremely satisfying experience, very difficult to leave it behind.
An ideal location directly above many restaurants and other facilities, easy walking distance to anywhere you want to to go.
The 30th floor unit was as described. Great location, amazing views. Woolies is on the grounds about 20 metres from the ground floor entrance. So convenient its not funny. Trams and buses at the doorstep. The grounds are beautifully maintained with excellent gym, pools (3) BBQ areas, sauna, spa & steam room. Spa bath in main bedroom. We took our 4 older children so there were six adults. Comfortable for all. Two king single roll away beds set up in the study area were satisfactory although a bit cramped in that area. All OK because it was just for sleeping anyway. The living/dining/kitchen areas were a good size. We had a wonderful time. Definitely would stay again and would recommend.
