Welcome to Casa Encanto —a romantic Spanish casita in West Beach. Just 2 blocks from the Wharf, Beach, Funk Zone, and State St., this light-filled, stylish retreat offers modern comforts with a boutique flair. Enjoy peak Riviera views from the living room, luxurious bedding, and thoughtfully curated decor. With meticulous attention to detail, this is one of the finest Airbnb experiences you'll find.

2/1 house and yard only. Studio above garage, garage and driveway are not included as it is occupied by the host. I try to give my guests as much privacy as possible when I and there unless they prefer or are open to interaction.

Street parking.

Other things to note
Please be mindful of the neighbors and the community. Short term rentals allow guests to have a better experience than the traditional hotels and motels, so we do not want to have any complaints.

Please enter the correct number of guests. There is an extra charge beyond 2 guests.

You may hear the train pulling into station, but arrival is very charming to see and hear. Sound is similar to the bells on a church tower. House is pretty quiet and peaceful.

Please note that the parking pass is irreplacable and necessary for other guests. If not returned, there is a $250 fine. This is also noted in the manual. City will only provide one pass.

Also please no parties. The fine for parties is $250 as well unless you have my written permission prior to the event.

Once in a while I need to dog sit my dogs that live elsewhere. So it is possible they will be upstairs but I do not let them run around in the yard while my guests are here and walk them out on leash. Parking is on the street, there is usually parking right in front of the house. The driveway will need to remain clear to allow my car access to charging.

Also important to stick to the 11 AM check out unless it is agreed to ahead of time in writing. The time is needed to prepare the property for the next guest. Late check out will be subject to $100/hour charge.
