Paul was a excellent host, the room was large and beautifully decorated, as well as the kitchen and shared facilities.
The other guys that stayed and worked there were very friendly and sociable and great to share a beer with.
Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone!
I went to Paul with a Friend! Paul has been an excellent host for us. His place is perfectly situated in Kreuzberg, 10 meters away from a metro station, and within walking distance from lively bars and lots of family-owned cafés, pastry shops and bio shops. There are some bike rentals nearby so there is also a chance to enjoy Berlin two-wheeled.
The room was clean and so were the toilet facilities. The bed duvets and pillows were heavenly soft and we enjoyed 4 nights of good sleep. There was an ongoing art exhibition in the loft while we were there and the entire space is amazing with a common kitchen and shared community space where people could work, talk, listen to music, etc The great thing was that you could engage in discussions with the artists in residence there, but you could also retreat undisturbed to your room and rest, should you wish so. A multiple-star stay in Berlin!
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Wonderful room with a wonderful host in a wonderful space. Great location and lovely to stay in an open creative environment with exhibitions happening during my stay. Highly recommended :)
Paul, ja der Paul.
Ein Gentlemen: höflich, wohlwollend, hilfsbereit.
Habe mich im Loftstudio sehr wohl gefühlt.
Danke dir. Sandro.
I had the pleasure to stay at Paul's for three nights. The apartment is clean, comfortable (the bed in particular was firm and an able vehicle to get to dream land), secure, and conveniently located. Paul is an excellent host, who was prompt in communication, allowed me to check in early, and arranged a cab ride for my departure and even lent me his own alarm clock (I had an early flight out of TXL). He and his artistic collaborators are likewise a friendly, interesting bunch, who offered lively conversation and helpful advice in navigating the neighborhood. Would gladly stay there again!
Enjoyed my stay very much! Wonderful location, perfect loft studio and Paul is such a nice man. Highly recommended! Will definitely come again when in Berlin. Thanks :)
Paul was a great host. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating, he made me feel right at home. The space and the complex as a whole were amazing. It so happened there was an event at the space the night I stayed and it was great to be a part of that (but the room is sufficiently far away from the main room that I could have chosen to stay in my room and not notice a thing). Will definitively stay with Paul again!
