Paul was an impeccable host, very gentle and helpful. The place is unique and is very good situated. I would recommend it to friends and would go back there next time I'm in Berlin.
Paul is very friendly and hospitable. Beautiful place and loved the artwork in his gallery. I would recommend this place to everyone who's about to visit Berlin!
This apartment is really great and we really had a good time here. The location is also convenient. Hosts are friendly and patient. I truly recommend it.
Stay at Paul's place was great. Very spacious and clean room; metro close by. Everything was perfect.
Lovely apartment and friendly hosts. I love the retro 50s/60s furniture and decor (part of the reason I chose this space). It was also very light and spacious.
The location was superb, being located literally right next door to a U-Bahn station for easy access to the rest of Berlin. There is also an off-licence and numberous bars/restaurants within a couple, of minutes' walk.
I had the best in this room in this apartment in this neighborhood. I can really recommend it and hopefully I will be back.
Paul's place was great. So spacious and nicely decorated, with everything you could possibly need (an espresso machine in the room!!). The location is also great - very easy to get to all different parts of Berlin and lots of great things to explore in the neighbourhood as well.

We have newly renovated guest rooms available at our new art center right in the middle of the lively cosmopolitan neighborhood dubbed "Kreuzkoelln", the creative area connecting Kreuzberg and Neukoelln. The studios are suitable for art lovers or creative persons that appreciate spacious surroundings and a creative atmosphere that allows for communication and interaction as well as introspection, productivity, relaxation and privacy.
Together, we have lovingly built our art house in a historic loft that has seen use as billiard salon, Kaffeehaus and cinema. It comprises ateliers and guest rooms, and a large salon/lobby/kitchen area. At our large gallery space, we set up exhibitions, organize workshops, screenings, talks and such. If they wish, our guests can take part in any event, or even talk to us about setting up one themselves if needed.
I work as an artist, curator and general director of our art house, after founding and managing an art space in Friedrichshain for the last four years. I have been doing such work for quite a while already, having shown my art around the world; setting up art enclaves, and immersing myself in Berlin's creative and underground scenes from the pre-Wall Kreuzberg to post-Wall Mitte and beyond.
Sharing my experience and knowledge is a pleasure to me, and I shall be happy to give you tips or advice while staying here.
