Welcome to The Black Diamond Suite! Our modern remodeled guest suite in Historic Old Colorado City.

Desirable west side location. Walk to the Saturday morning farmers market and enjoy the shops of Old Colorado City before exploring nearby Red Rock Canyon Open Space (5 min), Garden of the Gods (5 min), or Pikes Peak (1 hr scenic drive) for a day of Adventure.

Enjoy all the convenience and comfort of home while retreating in the foothills of Pike's Peak.

The space
The guest suite is in the ground level of our home. Access is from our driveway with no stairs to enter. A keyless entry will bring you into the open living space with a sofa, kitchen, dining area, and smart TV. The Suite is outfitted with an air purifer to maintain the cleanest air possible for guests. A sliding door opens to the bedroom with queen sized bed, ample lighting, an attached bathroom with laundry, and a walk-in closet. There is a patio space outside the door with a small table and rug.

All areas of the suite are yours to enjoy. This includes living space, kitchen, bedroom, closet, bathroom, off street parking, and patio space.

Other things to note
We live in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is walkable to much that Colorado Springs has to offer.

Our home is nearly 70 years old! You will occasionally hear some flooring creaks with our footsteps upstairs. We do our best to be as quiet as possible, especially early morning and at night. In the cooler months our boiler can make humming sounds when pushing out heat.
