There is also a delicious sandwiches takeaway just around the corner!
The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms and there is also a large entrance hall, a shared bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.

Interaction with Guests
If I am home I am very happy to have a chat and get to know my guest according to my schedule.
Sometimes has happened that me or my (website hidden) had lunch and dinner together with the guests but unfortunately we have very busy university and work schedules so it won't be possible all the times.
I am always available for any information even if I'm not around I am open to calls, texts or emails.
Borgo Ognissanti is one of the best neighborhoods in Florence, surrounded by nice cafes, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets.
It is very central and you can reach all the main attractions with a little walk ( Duomo, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio). It is also very safe since we have a police station just in front of our house.
You won't need to take busses or trains to explore the city, everything is walking distance including SMN station that is 5-7 minutes away (less than 1 KM!!)
Pisa airport is well connected through Terravision Bus, that leads you from the airport to SMN station.
Florence airport is connected to the city center with a specific bus that will lead you literally steps from the house.

It was great time at Giada's flat - very good location, everything is close, walk distance and bunch of restaurants, supermarkets and bakery around. Giada was kind to reply any questions. Definitely recommend to others! :)
We have stayed at Giada place for two nights and didn't have chance to meet her, but she gave us all the info regarding check-in before we came so we didn't have any problems. The apartment is huge and authentic, with two bathrooms. It is very well located and easily accessible from Firenze S.M. Novella train station. Overall it was great experience!)
Giada's place is fantastic - located right in the center of Florence, nearby there are plenty of cafe, restaurants, even supermarket (which is not common in Italy!). Giada kindly provided her guide across Florence with very helpful reco - we enjoyed places she advised very much.
Room is big and clean, little bit noisy at night, but just due to excellent location at the very center. You can use bathroom (actually there are two in apartment) and kitchen, which is very nice and well-equipped.
Fully recommend to stay in this place for a few days in Florence! Thanks, Giada!
Giada host my boyfriend and me during 3 nights. Her antique apartment is really nice and well located. Everybody in the house (friends and roommate) were polite and quiet. The house is in the center and that's why it can be obviously noisy sometimes. We use the kitchen every day and everything was available for us. We really enjoy our stay. Thank you :)
Giada was not at home when we stay at her place, but she ensured that our stay there was comfortable and pleasant. The room and her apartment is spacious, clean and beyond our expectations. Located in the central area and close to most of the sights, Giada's food recommendations made me and my girlfriend have one of the most wonderful gastronomic experience ever.
The best thing here is the location! Also, the internet works OK, the kitchen is available, and it was great for us to meet some nice people that were also staying there.
The hosts are usually not there, so I understand how this makes it hard for last minute flexibility with check-in, as they have to arrange for the housekeeper to give you the keys.
We had to arrive in Florence a couple hours earlier than planned. I called Francesca to see if we could check-in sooner but she said it was impossible to reach the housekeeper who fills-in on sundays (but she would try).
When we arrived at the appartment, at the scheduled time, there was no one there to open the door and we had to call Francesca again. She said the problem was due to traffic. The housekeeper finally arrived, 1 hour late, and said she had forgotten about us until she received the phone call.
We didn't have any problems after that... the place is fairly clean (except for dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous guests); there are 2 bathrooms, but one had a sign not to use the toilet; and there is some noise in the morning.
