Bright, quiet and full of history: original 1800s painting in the kitchen and a unique view of Palazzo Pitti.
✨✨
100 square meters of light and silence in the heart of the Oltrarno. Finely renovated, on the 3rd floor of a historic building (without an elevator).
Two bedrooms, open space, sofa bed in the living room, fast Wi-Fi, web TV, heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen.
My family of artists and architects has left their passion reflected: beauty is everywhere. Sleeps up to 6.

The space
100 square meters of pure magic in the heart of the Oltrarno. This house is not just an apartment: it is a small living museum, a haven of art, history and design. Built and furnished by grandparents who were architects and artists, every detail tells of their passion: from the fine materials to the meticulous finishes, everything here is designed to excite.

The kitchen wall is a real gem: hand-restored and enhanced by an original 1800s painting, which gives it a unique charm. The wooden roof and parquet flooring everywhere create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house is quiet and bright, with interior views away from the noise of the street.

The living room has a sofa bed, so the house can accommodate up to 6 people. Available to guests:
• A large bookcase with books in Italian and art volumes from the grandparents
• Florence guides in multiple languages
• A spacious and super-equipped Italian kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, complete utensils and of course the moka pot for coffee
• A study area with a beautiful designer desk, perfect for working, reading or writing

From one room you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Palazzo Pitti, while the light filters and illuminates every corner, making this apartment a unique and unforgettable place.

✨ If you want to experience Florence like a true insider, breathing history, art, and comfort, this home is ready to welcome you.

Guest access
The space is all free and completely at your disposal!

Other things to note
For laundry, right below the house, there is a Wash and Dry, a very convenient coin-operated laundry that also has a dryer and ironing service during the day.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is very lively, full of supermarkets and other shops where you can buy anything.
There are great Tuscan and Florentine restaurants and bars where you can enjoy an aperitif at the end of the day.

Santo Spirito is literally behind the house and is a wonderful square in which to spend time. Often in the morning in this square there is a market, not to be missed!!!

The house is also 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, a must-see and perfect area for shopping.

We are also 15 minutes from Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Piazza del Duomo...
In short, truly in the heart of the greatest historical creations!

My work: Artist, Educator
I spend too much time: Fantastic!!
I'm a very creative, dynamic, and curious person. I love art in all its forms, and I'm often meant to create! I love being in the middle of people, and I love meeting new people. In general, if there is something new, I want to go! Perennially outside the comfort zone, There's so much to discover everything around me!
