House Rules

This is the country! I ask guests to keep food to the dining room, kitchen or sun room, and never above the stairs. Do not leave food or dirty dishes out, ever, even in the sink.

Please take care to leave doors closed, and open only those windows with solid installed screens. Doors that are entirely taped lead to storage areas and should never be opened. Although the neighborhood is generally safe, do not leave the front door unlocked, even for a short time.

Well-behaved pets considered. I offer discounts for small parties and guests who choose the guest room and bath over the main bedroom and bath. I'm sorry that I cannot allow smoking.

Renter(s) must sign an agreement that includes a more comprehensive version of house rules.
