Welcome to Down By The Bay! Our beautifully renovated slice of heaven! With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, this home is perfect for your family and friends. The real highlight is its unbeatable location. Situated directly on the picturesque Delaware Bay, you'll witness breathtaking sunsets daily. Since we're located right on the sand, you can easily take advantage of beachfront activities, such as leisurely strolls, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and building sandcastles with your little ones.

The space
Our property is fully renovated with modern coastal beach vibes for your ideal vacation. Situated right on the beach, you have your own access via the backyard. You have 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one being a master suite. 2 bedrooms on the second floor both with your own door to the deck, and the 5th bedroom on the first floor, equipped with bunk beds. You will have water views from every room in the house. Our lathe modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make our home, your home for great dinners, and delicious breakfasts. We provide initial complimentary coffee pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent for your convenience. However, we kindly request that you ensure a personal supply of these items if you intend to fully utilize these amenities during your stay. Dogs are permitted and there is a $500 pet fee for up to 3!

You will be able to enter through the front door with your own private code for your stay.

Other things to note
There are 5 bicycles, 2 kayaks & plenty of beach chairs for you to use. We just ask you treat everything as if they are your own!
