My husband and I stayed in the apartment 4 months this fall – it all went very smooth!! Cosy apartment, good location, a high-speed internet connection (which is rather rare in Paris..) – Aurelie and Lars are very lovely people; kind and helpful! The best surroundings for our stay.. - my warmest recommendations
This is apartment had everything one would need in Paris. Its location is excellent, It is clean and bright and the hosts are there is you need them. They provided me with information of the area around the apartment and Paris which was very much appreciated!
Cute little apartment. Just beware if you have big, heavy bags there are five flights of stairs to climb, but Lars helped us with ours! The guidebook they've put together is very helpful. If a small bathroom/toilet doesn't bother you then you'll be fine. We suggest opening the windows for some fresh air as its an old building and if you need to use wifi there is a McDonald's conveniently close by.
I loved Aurelie's and Lars's apartment. Cosy, nicely decorated, it had everything we needed in terms of equipment to make our stay easy.
The metro station is just outside, and also 3 supermarkets, a laundromat, pharmacy and plenty of cafes just acros the street.
It couldn't have been more easy and perfect.
It will definetly be my next choice in case I happen to return to Paris, and my first recomendation for friends an family who would like to visit the city.
The studio is exactly as promised. Clean, fully equipped, and good location. Lars and Aurelie were quick at responding to any questions we had before going and were kind enough to recommend some great restaurants to us. We had such a lovely time and would definitely consider going back to this studio. The only downside is there is no WIFI but there is a Mcdonnald's directly across with free WIFI and in the end, who actually wants to be constantly connected to the internet on a holiday? Thank you very much for letting us use the apartment!
Lovely spot. Nice view over the square and grocery stores, bakery, bus 96 and metro very close. My husband called the flat our "nest".
When a towel bar fell down, Lars came and fixed it quickly. We would stay there again! But be aware, there is internet but not
Wi-Fi. However, you can go the McDonald's in the square for Wi-Fi. The land-line to call our children in Canada was a very nice bonus.
We've had a great time in Paris and in Aurelie's apartment was just perfect. Convenient, comfortable and cosy. Fully equipped, clean, and located in a very nice neighbourhood, with a lot of groceries and a lovely square just outside the window. Aurelie is a great host, she welcomed us in the apartment, and suggested some restaurants, shops and places to see. If you're looking for a place to stay in Paris and are not terrified by some stairs ;) we recommend the apartment with all our hearts :)
The flat was very nice and clean and Aurelie and Lars were very efficient in communicating, etc. It was perfect for a weekend in Paris, well connected, interesting area with lots to do and close to the centre. Sheets, towels etc were provided. The bathroom is quite small but clean and everything worked well. Thanks for hosting us!
The reservation was canceled 40 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The apartment is just like in the pictures. it's located in the fifth floor without elevator so you need to be in good shape to make it to the top floor ;) it has a very comfortable double bed and it's very bright. the eating corner is very functional and it's nice to watch the little square through the window while eating breakfast. The bathroom is really tiny, and the shower has a curtain which sticks and you need to be careful not to spread the water. Aurelie and Lars prepared a guide where we found several useful suggestions about eating out and shopping ideas. It was a good choice. Thanks A&L!
