Escape the heat to our family-friendly cul-de-sac home, designed for relaxation & quality time. Each room offers serene views of the surrounding woods. The spacious downstairs features a comfortable bedroom & bathroom, alongside a game room w/ a pool table, big-screen TV, pickle ball net, & big yard. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms&another bathroom. With easy flat parking & located 10 minfrom LakeArrowheadVillage, house listed for rent and may need to cancel.

The space
Our space is perfect for families with a large game room and room for everyone! We have a pickleball net, a pool table, an arcade with 80s games, and games and puzzles to play. A large kitchen to cook in with alkaline water filtration system. A fireplace as well as central heat to keep you warm. Portable AC available upstairs and recommended to turn on from 5-7pm during summer months. No central AC because portable air conditioning units are more effective in the mountains. Laundry available on site.
