The flat is a recently converted bottega [craftsman workshop] designed by Italian architect to high specs. Layout is open plan with king size bed that can be separated into two single beds. Kitchen is open plan, with induction hobs, coffee machine and water kettle. Bathroom has bathtub and marble top. Wireless and cable internet is available in the flat. There are no internal steps and it is accessible to people with limited mobility. It is in a 16th century building in a cobblestone paved road, next to Campo de Fiori, the scenic square with grocery and flower market, and the magnificent Piazza Farnese, with the French Embassy. In the centre of old Rome, someone could get the true essence of Rome just walking half a mile from the flat.

We enjoyed much our stay at the lovely flat of Angela. We have stayed there for five nights. If you want to stay at the Center of Rome, this could be a great place for you. The flat is one minute walk from the Campo De’ Fiori, which is a most central place, with all types of shops and restaurants. It’s a market during the day and an entertainment center with restaurants and bars during nighttime. The apartment is in a walking distance from the major attractions in Rome, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona. We hardly used the public transportation, but in case you need it, it is only a few minutes away.
Angela and Riccardo were both very kind and easy to communicate, with a great attitude to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Angela sent us some useful information about Rome, about some prior reservations that made things easier for us, before and during our stay. Riccardo helped us with transportation from the airport, which was convenient. The apartment is as described. When you step out of the apartment, you are right away in the street.
My Mom enjoyed her stay at Angela's apartment! Angela's place was in the centre of all the attractions and monuments which helped her since she is in her 60's so this helped out greatly. She def wants to come back to Rome and wants to stay here again. She said all the info you gave her was awesome too! Thank you!!!!!
We stayed at Angela's apartment for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, central, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was just perfect as we were just steps away from Campo de Fiori, and there were charming little artisan shops and lovely restaurants all around us. Angela did everything possible to make our stay perfect, including arranging a pick up at the airport. Our next visit to Rome would definitely include another stay at "Angela's lovely flat".
Exchanges with Angela were very simple and we have been very well received in Rome by Riccardo.
The apartment is the perfect size for two people and very functional.
It is extremely central, which allowed us to enjoy Rome on foot to visit everything and to come back to the apartment during the day if we needed to, or to go out in the evening for an ice cream.
As a former shop converted into apartment do not be surprised to give directly onto the street.
The door and windows are not soundproof at all, there is a lot of noise in the evening, at night and early morning (motorcycles, vehicles for the market on the square and people talking outside the door).
If you wish to take advantage of the ideal location of this apartment do not forget your earplugs, they are essential to consider to sleep.
Angela is very helpfull and kind. She was care about all our vacation in rome. She send us too many usefull information about rome. Her flat is clean and very very central. It is very close to bus stops and trams. Everytime hot water and perfect wi-fi at home. I have to say that the only disadvantage of flat is a bit dampness and very noisy in midnight and early morning. (we solve the problem with earplugs). Thank u very much to angela and ricardo for everything..
Angela and Riccardo were great hosts. They are well organized, responsive when booking, upon arrival and during my stay. Great apartment and exactly as described. Perfect location in the heart of Rome.
They were very helpful in offering advice on transportation and sight-seeing. They were genuine in ensuring my visit was pleasant one from beginning to end. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend.
Angela and Riccardo were lovely host! Even though Angela wasn't in Italy she was in London still checked up on our stay to make sure everything was ok! She was very thoughtful and gave us heaps of local tips on places to go and things to do! Which was very useful.
Riccardo was in Italy to let us in and when I checked out he was very flexible with the time and allowed me to hang out in the apartment until I had to leave. I guess I was lucky there was no one else checking in at the time.
The apartment was lovely very close to Campo di Fiori which (email hidden)ly and lovely vibe to it. Easy to get to from the termini via bus but try to avoid peak hour thou! its not near a metro so we walked around everywhere which was lovely cause the street are lovely but it can also get tiring. Overall lovely host and great apartment!
If you want to experience Rome, I can't imagine a better base (or HQ) to start from than this apartment in the heart of Rome. Just a few meters away from the buzzling Campo de Fiori, around the corner from one of the Palazzi designed and realized by Michelangelo and even just a pleasant walk away from the Vatican.
The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the posting, communication with Angela quick and easy. Angela was also very helpful in organizing our arrival via public transport from different locations of town and provided us with a list of things to do a couple of days before we got there.
