  • Such a friendly place to stay! The hosts told me all the best spots in Chiang Mai and I wished I had had time enough to do it all. The minimalist (not sure if right term) style is throughout the place, so if you're looking for lots of frills, it's not the place. But if you want a quiet room to base your excursions into the city with the friendliest hosts, here's your spot to stay!

  • Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Great price, great location, and very nice rooms. Highly recommended. Racha and Tee are great as well, they helped book us an airport taxi at 4:30 in the morning and woke up to make sure we got on it.

  • I stayed there for a few days, and it was simply perfect. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I felt well integrated into the family.

If you like modern buildings, the accommodation is breathtaking! Everything is well-planned to the smallest detail and super-well done.

Host and accommodation will be a model for my own rental apartment.

    Thanks a lot!

  • This was my first experience with airbnb and I have to say that Racha and Tee set the bar very high! They were so friendly and helpful in getting me around the city- they even dropped me off one night as they were headed in the same area. When I come back to Chiang Mai I am definitely staying at the HeyHa house. Thank you both for making me feel so welcome

  • well... i think my expextation was too much.

there are no big problem, but no special things.

i booked 2 weeks this house but in this period i had to return to korea because of my business problom.

so i wanted to cancel 8 days... when i asked some refundment , they didn't replt to me anything.

the room was clean but not quiet (because of construction and transportations), and sometimes i cound't find them so i cound't get information.

the location was not bad.. if you want to go old city , the taxi fee would be 3 to 5 dollors

  • Racha and Tee were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome during our first trip to Chiang Mai. Unfamiliar with the area and the language, they spoke to the taxi driver from the airport to explain their location, they were available to answer questions about outings and things like standard taxi costs, and they were just generally welcoming and nice! The rooms are simple--functional, clean, comfortable, and the price is right. HeyHa is an easy walk or short tuk tuk ride to old town. If ever I return to Chiang Mai, I'll be looking up HeyHa again!

  • We loved our stay at HeyHa! Racha and Tee were such wonderful hosts. They helped us book activities and gave us tons of helpful recommendations, in addition to being very welcoming and warm. And to top it all off, Tee drove us all the way to the airport to catch our flight when our taxi was late--so very kind of him!!!

  • We spent there only 2 days, but we would like to stay longer and will be for sure the place to stay next time we visit Chiang Mai.
Not only is a cozy very well designed house, but they ae able to create a very nice atmosphere. You can feel at home.
The room was great, AirCon worked fine, toilet was very clean, hot shower...everything as expected.
The great surprise was Tee and Racha, great owners. They are very nice and helpful. I totally recommend the place.
We had access to bicycles which was a great way to sightsee the city during the day.
You'll get lots of information about the city and activities too. They are pleased to help you with everything!

    Thanks for all!

  • This is a nice place to stay and nice room. Not very social as most everyone stays in their rooms but the hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful!

There is construction going on right next door that starts at 8am which is very annoying and loud, this will probably continue well into next year!
They let us use the bikes, free coffee and tea, use of refrigerator and dishes.
There is an organic grocery store bot too far which was awesome as well!
