Discover wonderful Copenhagen staying in the heart of the city. My apartment is located in a historical neighborhood. I rent out the spare room for one or two person. Access to kitchen/dining room, toilet/bathroom, which you share with me under your stay, when I'm at home.
The location of the apartment is ideal whether you want to see the queens residence, shopping on the longest street in Scandinavia, go to the royal theater, the opera, visit the many green parks or trying the famous nordic cuisine. The apartment is in walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Copenhagen. Otherwise it is close to public transport, only 10 minutes walking distance from the Metro. And from the airport it only takes 12 minutes ride by Metro to the nearest Metro Station: Kongens Nytorv.Even if it's in the heart of Copenhagen, noise from the traffic is very limited, The apartment is on the 4th floor. You'll find a beautiful park in The Kings Garden with Rosenborg Castle only two minutes from here. Supermarket is very close, and an ecological bakery is on the next corner. The spare bedroom has a double bed (140 X 200 cm) My apartment is clean, comfortable, lots of green plants and a friendly atmosphere. Because of my hypersensitivity to perfume, I have shampoo, deodorant and soap without perfume for my guests in the bathroom.
If you use products with strong fragrances or wear clothes that are washed in soap with strong fragrances, its not compatible with my hypersensitivity.
My flat is smokeless.

Alice is such a lovely women with such a beautiful apartment on a great location. When I arrived, Alice had made me some tea and showed me al the hotspots of Copenhagen on the map. She made us feel very comfortable in her home.
Alice was extremely welcoming when I arrived in Copenhagen. She speaks english very well, and the directions she gave me from the airport were extremely easy to follow. The room is exactly how it appears in the photos, and the wifi is very good. She had a lot of maps and brochures for things to see and do around Copenhagen, and she gave many recommendations for places to eat! The bakery just next door is very delicious too. The location is prime - everything to see and do is pretty much within walking distance.
The bathroom was very also very nice. Although Alice has a hypersensitivity to perfumes, she provided everything for the shower, such as shampoo, soap, deodorant, and lotion.
I had my own key and was able to come and go as I pleased while I stayed with Alice, which was very convenient. She also offered some small bites, coffee, and tea - I didn't take any, but it was a very kind gesture. Overall, she was a lovely host with a lovely property. I would definitely recommend Alice for anyone staying in Copenhagen.
My girlfriend and I stayed at Alice's flat for two nights recently and had a wonderful time. Alice is very friendly and willing to help out with any questions you might have about Copenhagen. The morning we got there, in fact, we all sat down at the table with coffee and maps and she both answered our queries and made additional suggestions. The flat and the room itself is lovely - bright, airy, with lots of potted plants, and a comfortable bed. Likewise, the kitchen/dining room table was the perfect place to start each day, with a tasty breakfast spread and fresh coffee (which Alice kindly made for us, as we weren't sure how the coffee maker works). All in all, an excellent experience. I would be happy to stay with Alice again, and in the meantime can heartily recommend her and her flat to others looking to spend some time in Copenhagen.
I spent a very nice long week-end in Copenhagen at Alice's place.
Very nice and comfortable room very close to the city's center.
Nice welcome from Alice and I can much recommend this place for a good time in Copenhagen.
Alice is a great host. She provided very helpful information about where to eat and which sites to see in Copenhagen. She is very kind and offered to make tea and breakfast. Alice is very pleasant to talk to and has interesting things to say about the city and it's occupants. I had a lovely time staying here. The location is very central and the apartment is clean and quiet. It has everything you need for a visit to Copenhagen and I'm sure I will be back! Thanks alice
We totally enjoyed staying at Alice place. Our room and the whole flat were very comfortable and clean. Alice is a friendly and funny person who has a lot of tips and recommendations what to do, where to eat/drink, what to see etc, hands out cards, explains and so on. The flat is located nearby the city center and you can explore more or less every quarter by feet. There are supermarkets, bakeries etc and we were allowed to use her kitchen for small things. Her hospitality and the accommodation were at least as enjoyable and stunning as Kopenhagen itself.
Alice was a great host! She is really sweet and made my stay very comfortable. The location of her apartment is perfect, in a quiet area close to the station and city centre. The room is very specious!
I am a pensioner, and I like to travel both in Denmark and in foreign countries.
