Close to everything with driveway parking and off street parking! 2 spacious bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests; plus a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer available for free.

The space
A cozy close to downtown San Antonio home. Boho inspired home with a touch of Midcentury look. Two full size bathrooms with one large walk in shower. All the conveniences of home while you’re away! Privacy fenced backyard. On property parking and off street parking. About 2 miles to the Tower of the Americas. Not far from local watering holes and restaurants nearby.

The living room is a comfortable gathering place styled with boho vibes. It’s fully stocked with board games. Access your favorite streaming apps on the smart tv.

The kitchen is stocked with every convenience. Complimentary coffee and snacks. Check-in beverages provided in the full size fridge. Full size electric range and eat-in dining table.

Just next to the kitchen is the laundry room with free washer and dryer usage.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with dresser, nite stand and full length mirror. There is a huge walk in closet with plenty of room for luggage storage and hangers for your convenience.

The additional bedroom is also large with a moderate size closet. Two comfy light up twin beds with dresser and nightstand. The nightstands have built in charging ports.

Guest access
Entire home available for you and guests to use and self check in with a keypad lock. Check-in instructions will be sent by message the day before check-in.

The neighborhood area is up and coming. You may still find some minor street construction nearby but there shouldn’t be any inconvenience. The street is quiet, and the neighbors mostly keep to themselves. For your convenience there is an HEB grocery store over on next block along with a Walgreens and other food places.
