Step inside and unwind in this architecturally-designed beauty of a house. Located across the road from Centennial Park and the beach and sand bars of Geographe Bay, Blue Lagoon is perfect for family getaways or small groups of friends or couples.

Some of the best beaches in the Margaret River region are within a 10 drive. You’ll be spoilt for choice with wineries, restaurants and breweries along the way.

The large but cosy open plan living area features a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm or simply make yourself a cup of your favourite brew. From the dining area, open the glass doors to the stunning covered courtyard perfect for a BBQ or drinks with friends on a warm summer's evening.

A beautifully designed open stairwell leads to the mezzanine level with 2nd living area and large master bedroom with ensuite and balcony overlooking the park. A great spot to sit with a book, glass of wine or a coffee. The house features ducted air conditioning throughout so you’ll never need to worry about being too hot or too cold.

Downstairs, a light-filled corridor runs the length of the courtyard and leads to the main bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washer and dryer and 3 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. The back door leads to a covered deck with an outdoor shower. The deck also connects to the double garage for easy access.
