We deep clean and update the furniture regularly. We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. We clean the upholstery monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. We have no carpet at the home besides area rugs so the home stays sparkling clean.

**Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily**
This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily).
*Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month).
*Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY.
*Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September.
*Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays.

Other things to note
Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible, but it never hurts to ask! Early check ins & late checkouts (if they can be arranged) are $100. This helps pay for an extra cleaning member to have the home ready sooner.

Decorating is a question that comes up often. We have had many bad experiences with other decorating contractors either breaking things, leaving the property unclean, or removing our own decor/floats that we kindly provide as a courtesy to our valued guests. Due to this we have decided to partner with our in house decorator Pink Pony Bach EXCLUSIVELY.
If you choose to outsource decorating, we only allow our partnered company, Pink Pony Bachelorette. THEY ARE THE BEST. Thank you for your understanding and in return we are giving you a promo code for 10% off all decorating services. Use code REDCACTUS10
When you work with Pink Pony Bachelorette, they coordinate all points of access and communication directly with us, making the process seamless for everyone. You do not need to coordinate times with us and can be assured the property will be decorated and ready for your arrival! AS WELL, you will not have another decorator showing up at 7am on the day of your check out to break down the decor. All of this will be taken care of after your check out time. This gives you more time to rest and enjoy your celebration.
