Welcome to the villa located in Gran Alacant, a vibrant city with a plethora of services and amenities. Situated in Cabo de Santa Pola, this relatively new city is known for its charming developments and houses, with its main attraction being the stunning Playa del Carabassí.


Within a short distance of 300m, you'll find a convenient small commercial area offering a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, just 100m away, there is a bus stop and a tourist train that connects the beach with various points of interest in Gran Alacant.


For your shopping needs, the larger supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, and more are located in the lower part of Gran Alacant, approximately 1000m away. If you prefer the convenience of online shopping, you can easily place your order and request home delivery.


The villa is in close proximity to two beautiful beaches. El Carabassi and Arenales del Sol are both located approximately 3km away. These beaches boast fine golden sands and are surrounded by a unique ecosystem of high dunes, fossil dunes, and pine forests, providing great geological and environmental value.
