One short block to the beach at access 12.With everything you need for a short or long stay,(three night min).Including beach chairs, umbrellas,bikes,all kitchen utensils,Keurig coffee maker, ironing board and iron,washer and dryer,hairdryer.We are located in a quiet neighborhood,so NO large gatherings or parties allowed.Please respect the neighbors.25yrs old to rent!! Recording cameras outside on both sides and front.
