Check In
  • Good experience at the Panda Club ! Everything for feeling good and near from all commodities. The owner is nice.

  • Good place. Easy to access close to metro station.
Area is very good close to all shops.

  • The apartment was affordable, cozy, convenient, and an authentic Japanese cultural experience. Brian was super friendly, and even stopped by to make sure everything was running smooth. Even went out his way to not only make us feel welcomed, but assist in anything we needed help with. I highly suggest staying in any of Brian's locations.

  • Really great location - very close to the train station, so we were able to travel wherever we wanted in Tokyo pretty quickly! Lovely little apartment - loved the kotatsu and the futon. We were very comfortable and Brian was very accommodating. We found the bathroom to be a little difficult to navigate at times, and it was hard to dry after having a shower, but overall we had a great time here!

  • The journey to the apartment was about 10mins walk. Brian was prompt on replying & assisting us when the gas stove couldn't work. The only bad side was there was a kind of mothball smell & the toilet wasn't really clean. Overall, the apartment was alright. There's a family mart at the corner near the place & 7-11 is right outside the subway thus being convenient to buy any essential stuff we needed.

  • Nice house, clean and comfortable. All major facilities are convenient.

  • We stayed at Tokyo Panda 3 for nearly a month with our baby daughter. It was a very convenient location, only a few minutes walk from both the Yamanote line (Otsuka) and Marunouchi line (Shin-Otsuka). The neighbourhood was charming, peaceful and had plenty of konbini and restaurants. The apartment itself was in great order, had everything we needed and was perfect for a family. It was excellent value, especially for central Tokyo. Brian is the perfect host and was always helpful, prompt and courteous. I will definitely recommend his apartment to anyone wanting a home away from home in Tokyo.

  • Cozy and convenient place, a lot of restaurants nearby the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

    December 2013
  • the communication with brian was very easy and the location good (walking distance to jr-line), the apartment was however quite dark and humid and the kitchen and bathroom weren't that clean.

  • I fully support Tokyo Panda Club!
I stayed at Tokyo Panda club #3 for 2 whole months, and I loved every minute in it. Its great for a short stay, and just as good for longer stays.
Within the apartment, it has got everything short of a television. Cutlery, Kettle, Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Internet, Washing machine (with a drying rack at the balcony), Hair dryer etc, with plenty of futon and beddings to spare.
The heater works terribly well, with nice warm showers to enjoy each day and night.
The place is a stone's throw away from JR Otsuka station and Metro Shin-Otsuka station.
It is also surrounded by eateries (ramen, soba, gyoza, tonkatsu, curry-rice, unagi etc), convenience stores, supermarkets (I located 5!), and a small mall.
I couldn't have asked for more, and I will come back to stay here again when I'm back in Tokyo.
