This is the same location as our other listing - Perfect Location in Dublin City Centre - but is for the whole house. There are more photographs on that listing.
Charming little house in Dublin City Centre. This is my main home, renovated in 2011. It is a redbrick terraced house in the Christchurch area with every convenience in the locality. The house was built by The Dublin Artisan Trading Company in the early 1900's.
One of my other listings - Best location in Dublin City Centre - has photographs of the house.
There are two double bedrooms, a separate kitchen, shower room and large living/dining area. There is also a decked roof terrace on the first floor.
The house is fully insulated, there is underfloor heating downstairs. There is a large working cast iron fireplace in the living room. The decor is contemporary and bright, with some period touches.
All of Dublin is at your feet when staying here. The street is really quiet, yet you are minutes from Dame Street. There are numerous lovely cafes (including Cafe Noto, The Fumbally and Queen of Tarts) nearby, as well as pubs (Porterhouse Parliament Street, Fallons, The Bull and Castle) and restaurants, theatres and cultural attractions.
You are welcome to help yourself to books, magazines, and of course our well-stocked bar!
The kitchen has oven, grill/microwave, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, Gaggia coffee machine etc.
There are numerous buses that pass nearby. Heuston Station is 10/15 minutes walk away (services Galway, Cork etc.)

Interaction with Guests
Interaction varies - I try to be available to guests in person where possible, and certainly am available to contact through phone or online where necessary.
I am a great believer that if there is something amiss it can usually be swiftly dealt with if the guest contacts.
I am also available to provide any local information - if I receive a text or message about an event, sport, restaurant, pub etc I will either know or generally be able to find out ..
It is right in the heart of the city centre and yet on a very quiet tree lined street. I like the traditional redbrick fronts of the houses and the fact that you can be in Temple Bar, Grafton Street or St Stephens Green in less than ten (website hidden) Patrick's Cathedral and Christchurch and Christchurch Cathedral are minutes away. There is a great selection of traditional pubs and fashionable cafes.
Everything Dublin city centre has to offer is within walking distance.
Yes, but not necessary for the city centre.
There are cross city buses nearby, the Luas (tram) stops just over the river and Heuston Station (trains to the West and South of Ireland) is 15 minutes on foot.
Other Things to Note
The house is very cosy and warm in winter.
Towels and sheets are 100% cotton and excellent quality.
The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and appliances.
There is a house manual provided with keys on check in.
The Wifi begins with 617.., the password is FHNCKCRG.
The television is SMART.
No smoking indoors please.
Please feel free to borrow novels, magazines etc.
Please be careful with the fireplace, it is cast iron so corrodes with water contact.
Great location, great host!!
We stayed 2 nights in the house and all was perfect. House is very nice, cleaned and perfectly located in the centre of Dublin. Daragh is great host, he was very attentive and quickly replied to my messages.
This is a nicely modernised house in a great location. Daragh is a very relaxed host and everything you need for your stay is there. There are basic shops (Spar) minutes away and even a few of the top sights on the doorstep. It is a very quick walk to Temple Bar and a bit longer to O'Connell Street, but there are lots of buses. We were blessed with great weather and the roof garden is a real suntrap.
Daragh and Edgar were gracious and welcoming hosts! They even gave us a souvenir! Their apartment is situated in an amazing location - within walking distance of attractions, bars, restaurants and the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Daragh and Edgar for contributing to our wonderful experience in Dublin!
Cute little house perfectly placed in Dublin! Cozy and stylish--this is a great place to discover Dublin!
We enjoyed our time in the Liberties.
